So, Id read reviews that she was unprofessional but it didnt bother me because I like to make decisions for myself.After about an hour on the phone she said she was going to work on looking at some tax returns Id emailed to her and wed make an appointment when she returned from a vacation she was going in in a couple of days.I told her as wed been in the phone about 40 minutes to an hour and f she was doing work, I wanted to pay her and asked for a cost.She said she worked 6 hours and I owned her $750 and I paid her cash in her box she said she received but gave no receipt for.She didnt sent an invoice but I figured shed explain it when we met, giving her the benefit of the doubt as overcharging is illegal and I didnt want to think she would make that up.When she returned last week we made an appt and I arrived this past week at 2:40 and left at 4:00 pm just for reference.When I got there a repair man was leaving then returning, another coming in, phone calls and another man I assume maybe a customer came in, sat down at the desk with ** and by the time the phone or internet repairman left and then the next ( another repairman?) left we began looking at my returns she was to explain to me ( she did after all have 5 hours of work she supposedly did to explain to me I assumed)It was uncomfortable & unprofessional discuss my business and finances in front of the other man and it turned out by the time i left this completely useless appointment as we needed to have a real appointment and when I added the time during the hour and 20 minutes I was there, we spoke onky about 22 minutes of it on my work. Of that time, the man was sitting at the desk about 10 of those minutes giving me literally far less than 15 minutes of uninterrupted time.To test to see shed taken advantage intentionally by over charging me $750 with no invoice or receipt, I said can I pay you for today? I was then shocked when she said $200. Again with no receipt! SMH
