- All hardware is covered by manufacturers warranty against all defects and manufacturing. Any product that is defective upon installation will be exchanged for a new one. Certain products have lifetime warranties. All products will only be refunded if the machine has never been installed and is in the original manufacturers shipping carton. Exchanges are allowed for unopened product for equal or greater value. No returns are allowed for software installations unless the product has never been installed or license key applied.
