            I ordered the product on 11/3/2023 received it on 11/8/2023 its defective doesnt work Ive emailed and called multiple times and the only response I got was were sorry to hear that and to ask me for information which I did email sent and nothing happened when I called I never got an answer it would go to a voicemail or something and then they will say well, its full try and go to the directories to get somebody else and its at the directories empty

            Aside from a few mispicks on a larger $17,000 order I have recieved my products typically in less than a week. My sales rep ********* has been on point and even remembers things going on in life that he checks in on. I considered 4 stars due to the mispicks and I'm still waiting two weeks on a few replacements. Everything else has been overall great though. Even support has been communicative..
