      I bought a 2015 Range Rover from Capital Motor Group on Oct 1st, on Oct 4th the vehicle broke down on my way to work , it was towed to a repair shop by Capital Motor Group , it has been there ever since 11 weeks later, I would like to get out of this vehicle because I feel it is not a reliable vehicle and a lemon , I would like my $5000 deposit back , 3 monthly payments adding up to $1920, and 4 months of ************** , all on a vehicle that hasnt been in my possession

      Tell us why here...***** apologize you didnt have a great experience. We try to make sure that everybody is happy. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of outside mechanics, parts availability and warranty companies. We try to do our best when it comes to situations like this but sometimes its out of our control. Unfortunately, you drove the car until it overheated and shut off. While this is not our fault, we still tried to help you and have filed a claim for you with your warranty company. It is in their hands now. We hope you would reconsider allowing us to satisfy your needs in the future.

       I have texts from ********************* stating I had no indication the vehicle was running hot at all !! He is aware from the first day of this . His texts state the water pump failed , The mechanic he send my vehicle to confirmed that it happened so fast I would have not received a warning, I am now starting the 4th month without this vehicle which should have been fixed under Capital Motor Groups 30 day warranty-maybe dragging things out and pushing it onto the extended warranty company was their objective from the start, its being looked into , I have recordings saying as much

      We have the same text messages and nowhere does it state that **** is aware that you drove the vehicle without any warning signs. He specifically says he wasn't in the vehiclel with you and cannot determine whether or not you got a warning sign. The bottom line is, you drove the vehicle and overheated it causing the engine to seize and fail You even stated that you saw smoke coming out of the vehicle and still continued to drive.. You purchased an extended warranty Which is in full effect and your vehicle is being looked at by the warranty company at the repair shop it is currently at. We coordinated all of that for you and it is now out of our hands. Again, we understand your frustration but this is completely Not our obligation or our fault To be held responsible for ************.Furthermore, We are at the mercy The same as every repair shop in the country that parts Are very scarce and mostly on back order. So we cannot determine when a vehicle can be fixed or when the parts will be available.. We also do not have our own repair shop and we sub everything out so we are at the mercy of the repair shops. I mention this because you are frustrated that the vehicle is not yet repaired and this is why. Finally, you have a warranty for the vehicle and you need to handle it directly with the warranty company. Thanks again for your time And understanding

      Capital Motor Groups response is full of lies, I never said I saw smoke and kept driving , and Having ********************* to be next to me to observe what alarms came in or did not is ridiculous , if thats your response, than ********************* was not in my vehicle and is ASSUMING things that arent true , what is true is that I had a 30 day warranty with Capital Motor Group ,I had no warning the vehicle was running hot,, the vehicle should have been fixed under the 30 day warranty , you also never contacted the extended warranty company as you stated 3 weeks ago , all Lies by Capital Motor Group

      My car was stolen from there lot after drop of for the second time I just brought my car ***** cash less than 60days of it being stolen my car was found in they wont help me at all even hanging up the phone on me Ive spoke with *********************** she was extra rude she was yelling also hung up on me this is out of control

      **************** was supposed to drop his car off for service with us during regular business hours and never showed up.  He decided to drop the car off at 1am and left the keys in the car instead of putting them in the drop box and left the car unlocked.  Unfortunately for ****************, people came through the dealership lot at 7am- checking for any open cars found his car with the keys in it and unlocked and stole his car.  *** police were called and a report was filed.  *** car was later found by police after being used in a shootout.  **************** doesn't have full coverage insurance on the vehicle, so now that the vehicle was recovered by the police damaged he expects us to pay for it.  We have repeatedly tried to explain to him that this has nothing to do with us and that this is what he has insurance for but doesn't want to hear it.  He calls the dealership incessantly and is nasty, over talks everyone who tries to explain the situation to him, and is harassing every one he speaks with threats and rude behavior.  At this point, there is nothing that we are responsible for doing for him.

       They are unProfessional Ive called several times to speak with managers they told me they can do nothing to help me people hanging up phones on me all kind of unnecessary and unbusiness like things. I spoke with them in they would not call me back ever I been trying to get my car fixed for weeks. Always getting someone new telling me something different. Ive spent ***** dollars with them my car is only 60 days old.Ive brought my car there to be serviced be for in leg my keys in car over night.they fixed it in left it in there lot wit keys in it for me to pick it up I have witnesses in text they should have cameras to show that time when I left my car there at 3pm. Cause I was told to do so now my new car gets taking from there lot in they have no liability that sound wrong I do have insurance but so do they they new my car would be coming in I spoke with some there in told them I would be bring my car in after hours like before i was told ok why would I bring my new car ***** dollar car in leave it at a dealership if not told to are thought it was unsafe

      Bought my third car from this dealership paid a lot higher than what the car was worth they took a $4000 deposit from me told the car would last forever something seemed wrong first day I took it back second day said its probably better I get a different car dealer told me it just needed and oil change it would be fine finally a week later I break down they tow it take it to mechanic there mechanic that they deal with get it back 3 months later for a week then it finally stopped running again told me it needed new engine after 6 months I pick up the car yesterday and the check engine light goes back on get the car checked and all types of promblems with it at This point I dont know what to do Ive owned 11 months made11 payments with the car in the shop for 8 months this dealership sold me a car thats not repairable Im making payments on a lemon Ive asked the dealership for my money back several times they keep telling me everything is good Im looking for you guys to help me..

      I bought my car a 2016 ****** Altima sr ******* miles on it last year around may of last year , my A/C didnt work the dealer wasnt willing to help me repair it , had to pay 673 dollars to fix it and as well as my tail light being broken , they fixed it it just started to retain water and began shorting out my bulbs the dealer ******************* said he cant do anything to help at all its my problem

      The car was purchased by ************** in March of 2021.  The vehicle was purchased with over ******* miles on it.  At the time of purchase, we replaced the broken tail light and never heard anything about an issue with the tail light or any other issues until he reached out to ******************* on Wednesday 11/10/21.  Les informed him that over 8 months had passed and that the tail light was not a warrantable item and that if there were any issues he should have contacted us right away. Capital Motor Group followed all parameters of the *** Lemon Law and can't be held responsible for a non-warrantable item 8 months after the fact. There was never any mention of the ** not working at the time of purchase or any time thereafter.  Unfortunately, ************** is responsible for any repairs on his vehicle at this time.
