    Do you enjoy your lawn being cut with a side of being called a ******* ***** and a ******* liar as well as threatened for asking to discuss an issue?! These are the guys for you! Read on for more of their classy customer service!I noticed on Sunday that my back gate that is next to our ramp was bungee tied shut. Not clipped shut but literally tied to where they needed to be cut to be removed. People dont put ramps in their backyard for ***** and giggles.. so clearly someone in the household needs that ramp to be able to leave the home so I was upset given if I hadnt noticed and cut the cords and needed to get said person out of the house in a fire or emergency situation, it could have been very bad. Anyway, I cut the cords and quickly realized the gate was tied because the whole latch was knocked off and on the ground, and tying it was the only way to keep it shut. I went and called them, left a voicemail asking to have someone call me because the gate was broken and tied shut, and I wanted to discuss what happened. I made it clear I was as more so upset that noone told me it was broken and chose to lock us in instead of letting me know so I could ensure my grandmother could get out but it was also safe to let my dog out. Monday comes and I hear nothing. Tuesday rolls around and I decide to call again. No answer, I leave a vm saying hey, I called Sunday about my broken fence, I just wanted to talk to someone because noone told me and I want to make sure youre aware that this is how your guys are handling this as well as what we can do to repair the fence. That is a level headed request, and expectation, yes? Not according to the owners son - who the admin asked me not to name but I am sure people know who I am talking about based on multiple reviews I have found online since.Mr. Owners Son calls, here is a little rundown of how that went.. and yes, the caps are because he was yelling:Me: Hello?Owners **************** this is **** from All Pro.Me: Oh hi thanks for calling back, so I - Owners Son ****: LISTEN MY GUYS DIDNT BREAK YOUR ***** IT ISNT EVEN POSSIBLE SO I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO.Me: Um, ok? How do you know it isnt possible if you hav-Owners Son ****: BECAUSE I CAME AND CHECKED OUT THE ***** ON FRIDAY AND THEY DONT EVEN USE THAT SIDE.Me: I am sorry, what? So you knew it was broken before I even did? Why are you yelling at me?Owners Son ****: OH NO I MEANT YESTERDAY I CAME TO LOOK. THIS IS THE 3RD ******* CALL IVE GOTTEN TODAY ABOUT BROKEN ****** MY GUYS DIDNT DO IT. THESE PEOPLE CALLING ME ALL DAY ABOUT *****S WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO.Me: Hmm, thats a big difference between Friday and Yesterday.. Anyway then who broke it and tied bungee cords around it to keep it closed?Owners Son ****: I DONT KNOW ASK YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OR NEIGHBORS BECAUSE IT WASNT US AND THERES NO BUNGEE CORD AROUND THE ***** SO WHY ARE YOU CLAIMING WE TIED IT.Me: ok first of all, there are no other family members this is a 93yr old womans house and I am the only one entering and exiting. Second, There was when I cut it and draped it over the fence. And third - Owners Son ****: WELL IT WASNT THERE YESTERDAY SO WE DIDNT DO IT. IT ISNT EVEN POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE GO THROUGH THE OTHER SIDE WITH OUR BIG LAWN MOWERS.Me: Ok, yes, your men use the other side when they come mow but when the 2nd crew comes with weed whackers they do in fact use this side - Owners Son ****: LISTEN LADY I JUST EXPLAINED MY GUYS EQUIPMENT DOESNT FIT THROUGH THAT SIDE OF THE ******* *****.Me: Are you serious? Can you stop yelling and listen?! I never said the lawn mowers do. I said the 2nd crew with weed whackers use that side, why would they go through the big side that requires it to be lifted and pulled over the big roots it makes no sense, all to weed whack? NoOwners Son ****: WE ARENT FIXING YOUR ******* ***** LADY YOURE A LIAR THIS NEVER HAPPENED.Me: Ok, so before even having a conversation with me you call me to yell at me and claim it isnt even possible and call me a liar? Owners Son ****: IT WAS ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER LADY YOU KEEP CALLING ME ALL DAY WITH THIS ****. MY GUYS BREAK STUFF ALL THE ***** THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME AND I WOULD KNOW. THEY BREAK ******* WINDOWS, CARS.. I KNOW WHEN THEY DAMAGE THINGS.Me: Ok I called you once today and they break stuff all the time but it isnt even remotely possible they did this or even -Owners Son ****: LISTEN THIS IS A $300 JOB ILL HAVE MY ***** GUY GO LOOK AT IT FOR YOU BUT IM NOT PAYING FOR IT.Me: ok can you stop yelling? I just want to talk. Is this a joke? I dont even understand why so much hostility my guy lets just talk.Owners Son ****: MY GUY? *** IS THAT? MY GUY WHO SAYS MY GUY. WHO THE **** ARE YOU?Me: Wait so now your going to mock how I speak too?! This has to be a joke. I need my fence fixed, and I need someone to acknowledge that it was broken and I was never notified. How can we go about discussing this like adults and - Owners Son ****: LISTEN YOU ******* ***** YOURE A LIAR AND WE ARENT PAYING FOR THE *****. YOU MUST HAVE DONE IT AND NOT REALIZED IT.Me: WHAT?! Now I am * ******* *****, I broke the fence and tied bungee cords around the fence myself and forgot? How do you talk to customers like this? I own two businesses I could never, this is ridiculous. I will be sure to leave reviews letting people know how you treat customers.Owners Son ****: DONT YOU F*****G DARE THREATEN MY ******* BUSINESS YOU STUPID *****! ILL COME THERE AND SHOW YOU HOW YOU BROKE THE ******* ***** HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT?!Me: Silence - completely dumbfounded.I disconnected the call.Granted, there was more yelling, denying and berating on this 11 min call but this is an idea of the circles this man spoke in between all of the anger and negativity.This man was so angry, demeaning and I felt so threatened that I was afraid he was going to show up at my house so I called the Suffolk non emergency police # to file a report. SCPD was here in 20 min and I gave them all the info. They suggested I email any further communication or record future phone calls and if I cant get then to repair the damage I can ask for general liability insurance info.. and even further if they refuse that, go to small claims court. I was not calling them again, so I took the email advice and below is how that went.As you can see the father, who is the owner is not much better and completely dismissive of the issue stating again, they didnt do it..But tell me, as you can see in the email I do have a $173 balance that I just got the **** for this past week. What small business is going to waive a nearly $200 balance for services already provided, to fix a fence that they didnt break to begin with?! Hmmm.. ?? That is literally admission of guilt after the son berated me, yelled at me as if I were a child, mocked me, called me names and threatened me. And to think, all I originally wanted was to make sure a fellow business owner knew that his workers damaged something. It wasnt even about the fence. But NOW it is about the fence, the fact that I was never informed AND the way I was spoken to and threatened.After some mild digging once this was all said and done, it is clear from all of the negative reviews that this is not only common behavior for the son, but is also accepted by the father. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $3-$5 a week for another landscaper. You get what you pay for.
