they are selling counterfeit name brand gowns. Everything ************** said on 9/7/2023 is true. here's their response to my compliant and request for refund. Me: Hello NewYorkDress, i received your package today and i am very disappointed. you see i own 4 la femme dresses that i purchased at nordstrom and i have to say that the dresses you sent me are NOT LA FEMME QUALITY. i want my money back to include the shipping charges please send me a return label so i may send these back to you,. selling knock off's or counterfeit items is illegal and if you do not return my money i will report you to the bbb. This is a dishonest company. I am referring to Newyorkdress.com. They do everything possible to hide that there are no returns on anything. Its not listed on any page for any dress. The Better Business Bureau needs to do better and care about transparency! I ordered a size 6 dress and what arrived is smaller than a size 00 on the chart that was listed with awkward proportions. I laid it flat and measured it. NOT EVEN CLOSE to the advertised sizing. I cant wear this dress so thats $600 down the drain. I also cannot find this dress anywhere on the original designers site. I think its fake to be honest. The no returns return policy is not openly mentioned anywhere. You have to be looking for it to find it. This site has $10,000 dresses. ******* and Bloomingdales allow returns, and when they dont, FINAL SALE is listed in bright red next to the item. What is this companys excuse? Will be disputing this with my credit card company as the dress is sized laughably smaller than what I ordered. You cant offer no returns if youre not selling the customer what they ordered. Thats called stealing. By their policy standards, if they sent me a doll sized dress I still couldnt return it. I definitely see a class action law suit in this companys future. Im sure this company will respond by mentioning a click box before purchase. I went back and looked for this return policy button after reading these other reviews. The click box does not say, FINAL SALE. Instead it says Return policy in a tiny font right next to the purchase button. It appears 3 pages into purchasing the dress and everyone is missing it. This is intentional. If you click that button, which Im sure nobody does, you get the truth: There is no return policy. There are hundreds of customers complaining about weirdly sized dresses with no ability to return. Also, dont try to do street view to find the company. It doesnt exist.

The sizes are ran based on measurements of bust, waist and hips which can be found on each dress page. The size chart must be used in order to determine the correct size to order. Our return policy is listed in two places on our website to make it clear for our customers to decide if they would like to order with us. We do not have any record of you contacting our customer service department. We value each and every one of our customers and we would had worked with you for a solution if you would had contacted our team once you received the dress. Your dress was delivered in May and this review was posted in September, so unfortunately it has been in your possession for over 4 months. I loved thile gown I ordered, but it was way too low cut. I wanted to return it, so went to website and it says "crlurrently not accepting any returns"!! I paid $398 for this dress and cannot wear it! I'm furious. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Thank you for doing this. I did not see on the website that there were no returns as it is not clearly showing up. I do see it now if you really **** for it. I will return the dress. I have leukemia and cannot go out of my home at this time, so I order clothes then return them if they don't work, and have never had this issue. I appreciate your help.
