            I contracted this company to install new duct work and a/c units for our restaurant. ****** who is the partner of the business came to our restaurant and did a walked through assed the equipment and mentioned that he would replace the units with better ones and so on. We sat down and signed the contract and was "harassing me for the money for of 11K. That he needed the money in order to hold the units for distribution. I had transferred the ****** dollars from my brokerage account to ******** Bank account in ************. Long story short, the date of start which was supposed to be in the beigning of Feb 2021 and completion of work before Valentines day, ended up being past April of 2021, with the excuses of needing to work late, then making holes in our ceilings and taking the old equipment. Never returning to finish the work and not answering calls. we are now in October and ****** has ghosted my calls. His business partner ******** is not claiming to be involved but this company is definitely scamming businesses.

            Terrible customer service!!! After central AC installation, I had problems with cooling distribution especially the beds rooms, made promises that were not fulfilled, was told that he will come back to check on the problem . Leo stopped communicating! I called from an unknown number & surprisingly he answered & again made an appointment to come but never showed up! No call , no text , no communication at all, & now can’t even get in touch with him because he doesn’t communicate. AC installation appointment was between 11am -2pm, no call, no text,& communication whatsoever, he showed up 5 hours after! This was after I made multiple calls& texts. DO yourself a favor, & save yourself from stress…. DO NOT USE this business firm!!!!??????
