      I ordered these dresses on My 16 and was told it would be delivered June 01. They sent an email saying delivered on June 11 after many attempts asking about shipping info. However the package never arrived to my home on the date of June 11 . Nothing was delivered . I contacted the company via live chat and they were rude and dismissive blaming me that they delivered the package and thats it . I explained to them that I contacted the delivery company and was told STYLEWE gave them the wrong address. I asked several times for a replacement item or a full refund and they refuse . This seems like fraud because of the dismissive attitude theyre having and not trying to rectify this problem. I am still owed my money and nothing has been received.

      The merchant failed to deliver the item when I contacted the merchant I was promised a full refund of the item. $105.73. Merchant only submitted refunded amount of $66 not yet received.

      I requested a refund. Was sent a refund label. **** claim its from 2022 despite my providing evidence that is the label sent *** acknowledges they lost the package and submitted a refund to ****. They are refusing to refund me despite having receiving the refunded money from ***. **** policy says refunds due to loss must go to the company and not the customer. **** communicates with customers and companies via text ONLY. I tried going through ****** three times to resolve the issue to no avail.

      I placed an order with Divine 9 Designs on December 24, 2024. I ordered 2 scarf and hats set at $34.95 each. My receipt number is ******. I have not received the items. The email stated that I should allow at least 2 week due to the holiday season. At first I tried reaching out by email. I sent more than 10 emails all emails have bounced back. The return email states that the email is not valid. I tried calling at first I received a rapid busy response. Now the phone rings and it is answered, automatically, I am told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I have made over 20 calls, no one has returned my phone call and or resolved my issue. They had an online chat, customer support. I continue to wait for someone to assist me. Finally, I was sent a email to write a review. I outlined all that I have in this email and requested that someone call me to assist me to resolve this issue again to no avail. It is clear that this agency is a scam. They are still advertising and continue to sent me emails to place orders.

      The transaction was on December 20. 2024 which I paid $144.97. I wanted a refund in full. I order and wanted to exchange a purple velvet urban high waist plain fashion pant and velvet lapel collar plain urban buttoned blazer. The company was out of the items in medium. The company wanted to give me 50 percent wallet credit,,40 percent refund some other policy I was not going for. I would not have agreed if knew their policy when doing business with them.

      Ordered $299.00 of clothing. I put in correct address but when I went in to check the status of order I saw that the address had been changed. I tried contacting on numerous occasions but at one point I was told that there was nothing that could be done but when I threatened to report them they told me to send the correct address. I sent the correct address only for them to tell me again nothing could be done!

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Stylewe regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I still after months do not have the item they are saying another 10 days as of January 24th. I have ordered from this company for years. I have used my home address and my PO Box. They changed shippers apparently and will not deliver to the us post office. No place on their website is that indicated.

      I ordered a pant suit and a coat from this entity. I spent $140, first it took 2 weeks to arrive, second the clothes and cheap and poorly made. I spent $140 on two pieces because one of the items was free, and was scammed. The clothes that they show on line are not the clothes that I received. Why do the USA allow its citizens to be scammed by other countries?
