On August 30, 2022 my mother ******** *** Surgeon **** was pressured and manipulated into believing she was being honored by the Whos Who of *******. Instead she was scammed! I am so sad that company's like Continental whos who exist. My mom was charged $1540.00 by this company for absolutely nothing they stole from a hardworking woman and I am PISSED!!! SHE DESERVES EVERY ***** BACK FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY THEY WERE MISLEADING AND MANIPULATIVE AND CONTINUED TO HARASS TO SEE IF THEY COULD GET MORE MONEY OUT OF HER!!!!! LUCKILY SHE DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE TO GIVE BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE CLEANED HER OUT IF THEY COULD!!! PAY MY MOTHER BACK!!!!!Business response

We recently received notification from your offices that a dispute was opened in regards to a transaction that occurred at our business location dating back to August 25, 2022 in the amount of
$1538.00. To date our office has never received a complaint from our client *** *******; We monitor all incoming and outbound calls to our office. Our last communication with *** ******* occurred on October 11, 2022 in which our director contacted ** ******* to discuss services. To reiterate no call, email, fax, postal mail or text message was ever received indicating any issue or problem pertaining to the purchased program that *** ******* authorized. Moreover, the complaint the BBB received is not directly from the client/customer but rather from *** *******’s daughter. Attached is a timeline of events for your review.Initial Complaint

This company is fradulent and running a scam. I was called and told that I recieved the award of Trustworthy Woman of Intregrity. They congratulated me, told me they were going to publish a bio of me in their news letter, list me on their site and send me a plaque. They did send me a plaque that does not have the specified award on it. They did not putblish me on their website (there is no profile listed for me). They did write a bio but didn't publish it. And they charged me a cool $1538 for recieving the award. I should have known better and seen through this, but they used flattery well and I fell for it. That's my fault, but in filing a complaint with the state attourney general and with Legal Sheild I learned I am not the only one to fall victum to this ego boosting scam. I have reached out multiple times to see what's going on and then to ask for a refund and have revied no reply. I have filed this with the ************** Attourney General. Dear Better Business Bureau:
We have recently received a notice in reference to our client *********************** for the transaction which occurred on September 29, 2021 in the amount of $ *******.
On September 29, 2021 our offices spoke with *********************** . At that time *** ****** purchased our advertorial placement and authorized the billing of $******* for the services. *** ****** provided the three digit code on the back of her **** Card which shows ** ****** was in possession of her card at the time of this transaction. In ** ******'s complaint letter to you at the BBB she stated that she was receiving an award from our organization. To remain transparent we went back to our call with her and verified that what she claimed was never stated. We are selective and recognize individuals for their achievements. We work with clients in regards to our pr efforts which at times may feel like an accolade from the exposure they are receiving. However, this program is not something to be "won" nor was it ever presented in that fashion.
*** ******'s materials were shipped to her on October 5,2021 which were successfully delivered and Signed for by ** ****** at 10:57 am on October 7, 2021 in ********************************************.
*** ****** received email confirmation on Wednesday, October 06, 2021 9:26 AM to the email address ********************************* The contents of the email included our terms of service, along with a digital paid statement as has been previously been mailed.
On October 12,2021 *** ****** also accessed and logged into our pass code protected proprietary network as she accessed our online portal. We were able to capture her digital signature and IP address when she agreed to out terms of service.(Please see Exhibit ** ******** IP with Digital Signature) Our sales policy was disclosed in that agreement wherein all sales are final.
*** ****** communicated with our offices back and forth via email as multiple revisions were made. On Monday, December 27, 2021 5:22 PM as she approved her content.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
First, none of these links have been provided to me until today. I am grateful to have them but have not received them prior to today. I was supposed to be featured in January of 2022. Here's the link to that page. You can see I was not featured there and there is no date on the article they published which makes me think they put it up just now as it was also unsearchable prior and this is the first time I have seen it or heard about it. Looks like they are covering their ***** instead of honoring the agreement.
The magazine was supposed to be sent out as a paper copy, I have not received that. I have also been locked out of my account until now, which, again looks like they are covering their **** instead of acting with honesty and integrity.
