    Ordered a laptop charger here because they claimed chargers for less. After I bought it I realized I forgot to compare prices on ****** found a ton of the same chargers for half the price. A half hour after I ordered it (on a Saturday night) I emailed to please cancel the order, explaining I found them elsewhere at half the price.The next day (Sunday) they emailed me that it was packed and shipped so they couldnt cancel it. That email was sent to me at 3:52. The tracking he provided me showed a label created at 2:52. Wow, they packed and shipped it out within an hour on a SUNDAY? I guess they think they are Amazon. If it was shipped, why didnt the tracking say the post office received it? Is that because the post office is closed on Sunday?What they really want is for me to return it so they can take their 15% restocking fee which I assumes takes a person putting the charger back on a shelf. Or they hope I just wont return it.Its a lack of care or customer service at its finest. Instead of just simply canceling the order, they choose this route for their meager 15% fee.

    Same issue as others. Been trying to contact them for 3 days. I need to return an item and when I call I get voicemail and left 3 messages. I emailed twice. They say they will respond within 24 hours and has been over 72. Their website does not say where to send the returned item. Website says you only have seven days to return the item, but also says you need to contact them to return an item. Good luck with that. I guess I am going to have to dispute the Credit Card charge.

    Selected MacBook Pro 12v charger on the Internet ordered it and when I received it it did not look like the item I had selected on the Internet and it did not work on my laptop. Now I cant get a hold of anybody to return it and the seven days have gone by so I lost $45 will never buy from these people again I suggest nobody should buy from these crooks

    Dont buy from them! We ordered something from saving Ology and received a different item. We figured we would try the one they sent, but no luck didnt work! We had a hard time finding on their website as to where to mail it back to and they dont answer the phone. Well the seven days lapsed that they state in their return policy. We are not happy with this company. Lost money! Shame on them!

    You won't get what you ordered and you'll never get a response from them. You'll have to file a dispute with your card company to get a refund.

    Crooks! How stupid of me to not read reviews first. I ordered an adapter specifically designed for my ****** acoustic electric piano. I wanted The exact one that came with the piano. Paid $55. Received one that works but its not the one I ordered to match specs! The one I received is one I could have purchased for $14.99 locally! Cant reach them at all! Ugh!

    I ordered a **** LA150PM121 AC ********************* Supply Cord wire Original Genuine OEM guaranteed new and I received a D8406 ************ Laptop AC ************** 150W 19.5V 7.7A PA-15 USED!!!!! I got played I got scammed I cant use this! I would say they are criminals! They stole my money and gave me junk! I hate scammers!

    Dont know who they are but they are crooks. After placing an order that you wont receive you will be unable to contact these crooks. If you're looking for it, they do not have it either. Thieves is who they are

    Ordered a replacement power supply for a wireless microphone receiver that was no longer available from Audio-Technica. In about a week, the replacement arrived. Obviously it looked different than the original one but the tip was the correct one and it exceeded the power specs. It fit and works perfectly. Thank you,*********** / ****
