    Ordered a laptop charger here because they claimed chargers for less. After I bought it I realized I forgot to compare prices on ****** found a ton of the same chargers for half the price. A half hour after I ordered it (on a Saturday night) I emailed to please cancel the order, explaining I found them elsewhere at half the price.The next day (Sunday) they emailed me that it was packed and shipped so they couldnt cancel it. That email was sent to me at 3:52. The tracking he provided me showed a label created at 2:52. Wow, they packed and shipped it out within an hour on a SUNDAY? I guess they think they are Amazon. If it was shipped, why didnt the tracking say the post office received it? Is that because the post office is closed on Sunday?What they really want is for me to return it so they can take their 15% restocking fee which I assumes takes a person putting the charger back on a shelf. Or they hope I just wont return it.Its a lack of care or customer service at its finest. Instead of just simply canceling the order, they choose this route for their meager 15% fee.

    Same issue as others. Been trying to contact them for 3 days. I need to return an item and when I call I get voicemail and left 3 messages. I emailed twice. They say they will respond within 24 hours and has been over 72. Their website does not say where to send the returned item. Website says you only have seven days to return the item, but also says you need to contact them to return an item. Good luck with that. I guess I am going to have to dispute the Credit Card charge.
