    Worst customer service ever. ******* was lost by **** and had to buy from another provider on ****(successfully). The part finally showed up and they would not provide a way to return it. ****** rejected my claim since it was delivered.

    Hello! We're unsure why the customer filed a complaint. First, this is a STANDARD shipping option, which naturally takes longer than expedited services, as stated on our website. Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 days, and once the item is handed over to the courier ******* we have no control over the delivery process. Upon checking the tracking information, it shows **** encountered an issue locating the address, but the item was successfully delivered on February 26th, well within the expected delivery timeframe. When the customer reached out to us, we responded promptly. Since the item was delivered, we advised the customer to return it, which they agreed to. We don't see any issues here, as we were not at fault. Since the customer also filed a ****** case, we can't process refund until the case is closed. Status is payment being held so we can't do anything right now, and still waiting for ******. Thank you

    I asked BEFORE I made the purchase 2X's via email IF the power supply they are advertising for my Denon-MCX8000-AC-Adapter-CDenon MCX8000 **************** Cord Supply Charger Cable Wire is in stock & will work for my controller. I got a YES from them 2X's/BOTH times. Ok, I paid $24.98. Order number is ******, placed 11/25/2024 at 01:18PM. CustomerID# ******. Look at the 2 pictures attached. FIRST picture on top of the YELLOW Envelope is what I rec'd from them. I did NOT pay for this junk. The 2nd PICTURE here shows a white background with 2 pieces of cables. A power supply block & a SEPARATE THICKER cable. THAT is what was being ADVERTISED on their website & THAT Is what I paid for AFTER I CONFIRMED with them that is what I wanted via email 2X's. I asked for a refund since they did straight FALSE advertising as I discovered there is Negative ********************* on BBB about this company doing the SAME shady business practices to OTHER buyers. I emailed them 6 times with NO response. After threatening with negative feedback PLUS reporting this on my podcast, the FINALLY responded telling me I will have to pay MYSELF for return shipment PLUS they will charge me RESTOCKING FEE. This is THEIR fault. I REFUSE to pay restocking fee OR shipping. They REFUSE to send me PAID label. They REFUSE to give me FULL $25. refund after one of THEIR workers sent me the WRONG item NOT advertised as u can CLEARLY see in the 2 pics I attached here. No one gave them the right to take my payment then send me a small single cable single block adapter then say it's the same when u can SEE it's NOT. The one advertised is a SEPARATE DOUBLE CABLE. Not that smaller one block piece, especially after 2X confirmation BEFORE payment. I want FULL REFUND. PAID ******************** for raising my already dangerously high blood pressure, wasting my TIME, LYING about it. They are doing this to OTHER People as well. Look at their negative feedback even on THIS site BBB as well. I'm reporting to C/A.

    Hello,
    We are uncertain why the customer has filed a claim. To clarify, the customer has been sending threatening emails despite receiving the correct adapter from us. We have explained this to the customer and offered a return for a refund. However, the customer has been reluctant to accept any resolution and continues to make threats.
    We have already processed a refund via ****** for this order. Since the customer did not return the product, we informed him that he could keep it for free. We are concerned that this behavior may be occurring with other merchants as well. Throughout our communication, we have provided all the necessary information to the customer and have acted in good faith.

    DO NOT BUY from these people, ordered an adapter listed specific to my Belkin 3 in 1 charger, picture on the site looked like what I needed, it was listed for my product, what I received was a power supply for a laptop, my adapter of what I thought was ordering has a smaller angled plug that goes into the unit, and is a simple small wall block, not this huge power supply they sent with a larger plug that WILL NOT work with what I have, Went to the website, filled out the contact us form, nothing replied, went and searched the website, found a phone number, called left a message, got email response to where i needed to explain again all that was wrong, I guess they don't read original contact us form, however, waited 2-3 days and called them again. I am NOT happy to sell me something I never ordered.

On our website, we've clearly stated that the adapter is a high-quality compatible version, not an original, so while it may differ in appearance, the technical specifications are the same. The customer even shared a picture comparing our adapter with the original, and both clearly have identical specifications: 15V 2.67A. They are functionally the same adapter.     [What they are claiming on it being the same is incorrect the part that goes into the 3in 1 unit as I have told them over 3 times does not fit, it is not the same if I cant plug it in to use it, the Belkin 3in one requires a angled plug for starts the one  sold to me doesnt even fit in the channel nor will it plug in as one sent by this company is larger than the original and one I need, when purchasing funny how the picture from their site is exactly what I need and what they sent looks totally different and larger with a power supply like a laptop computer

    We did not offer a free replacement to the customer as previously explained, because the customer purchased the incorrect adapter. From the photos provided, it is clear that the customer ordered a compatible adapter for the "Belkin F4U040v," but what was actually needed was the "Belkin WIZ016"two different models. We had informed the customer of this. Our return address was provided for the customer to send the adapter back, but as of last week, we have not yet received it. Our return policy, outlined on our website, states that return shipping costs are not covered for items purchased in error, and a restocking fee will also apply. We hope you understand.

    [Your Answer Here] In the last response it stated per attached you already dispatched the correct adapter so that would mean the replacement correct adapter is on its way, if now your saying you are not replacing that contradicting to the current response, also I will stand on the original sent looks like the adapter I need the plug is the yellow end which based on what you sent a computer larger power supply is crazy Ive sent pictures of what you have pictured based on what I ordered and it looks and would never work for what I need, I ordered based even off if its the wrong part a picture with a smaller L angled small plug adapter you sent me a straight on that fits my hp laptop would never fit in the 3 in 1 charger, originally when going to your site my search was Belkin 3 in 1 wireless charging stations with MagSafe your sites displayed a picture of exactly what I thought I needed and you did not send me item pictured and if I ordered wrong thats because you have wrong picture and wrong direct on your site,

In the voicemail, the customer mentioned that their password wasn't working, preventing them from accessing their email.     I have ordered a charger for my life fitness elliptical. Its been over 7 days and the status is processing. Im wondering if I have to do a charge back. No tracking number. I dont know if this company is fake.

    We are not sure why the customer needed to file a complaint here where as we have checked, the customer NEVER contacted us neither through email or phone regarding his order and went straight here. Our contact details are available on the website for the customers to use so we can help them directly!  Anyway, it looks like the item is in back order so the order has not been processed and we have not even charged the customer!!! He can also contact his bank to verify this! We already canceled the order and again, there was no charge applied to this transaction! Usually the credit gets on hold when the merchant has not captured the payment and since we already canceled the order, the customer can expect the credit back on the account in 3-5 business days or much better to contact his bank! We strive to give the best services and products to our customers and we hope that if there are any concerns about the order, our contact details are always available on our website and customers can contact us anytime so we can help provide an immediate resolution to their claims. Hope this clear things out.

    Order #****** placed on 09/02/2022 for Nest-A0038-AC-Adapter $73.06 with shipping. Received a used cable (not new) that did not work. I was slow to open package and test cable, so was admittedly outside the return window (although one could argue I should be able to return a clearly used cable represented as new). Tried to reach out to the company to at least see if I could get a credit or other fair resolution, but all e-mails come back as not-deliverable. Tried the "contact us" on their website, but those bounce back as well.

    Savingology simply sent me an email that said We received your complaint on BBB regarding our product. Please let us know, we are always here to help!.  I tried to reply to the email directly as well as contact them through their website and like all other attempts to contact them, I simply get an undelivered mail returned to sender bounce back. Company has essentially done nothing to try to resolve the issue and seems to be non-contactable unless you are placing an order.

    We are not sure why the customer filed a complain here because as we checked on our records, the customer NEVER contacted us regarding the adapter that was DELIVERED last 09/07/22! Which after four(4) months, filed a claim here on BBB regarding the product!!! As a matter of fact, we have a return policy that customer can contact us whether through phone or email within ******************************************************************** refund which the customer NEVER did within the time frame, we could have helped resolved the issue.     There was delay on my side opening the package and I accept that I was outside your policy window. However, the reason for the complaint here is because of the circumstances. The product I was buying was represented as NEW and instead it was an obviously used (dirty) cable that was non-functioning. I did try to contact your company. To be fair, I was not asking for a refund, but was glad to ship it back for credit or some other mutually agreeable solution. Instead, all my e-mails bounced back, my web inquiries bounced back, and nobody answers the phone. This complaint is consistent with other complaints for this site - company is non-responsive when poor or mis-represented product is received.  At this point I do not expect any recourse from this company, and I am simply filing a compliant as a warning to other buyers.

    I got ripped off! They sent me a power cord that didn't work and never refunded me! It was a terrible experience trying to communicate with them for a return as well. Do not be fooled by this sham of a business! Can someone please do something and shut them down?

    I ordered a charger from Savingology on 10/12/22 and paid $25 for the charger itself and an additional $30 for ***** two-day shipping, the grand total being around $54. I have contacted the company by phone and through their "contact us" page on the website. It is now 10/27/22 and I have had zero response. They guarantee a maximum of 24-hour response time on the website I never received a tracking number or confirmation of shipping. My order number is #****** and my customer ID is #******. I would love to receive the charger I ordered as I've had a hard time finding it anywhere else but I insist on a full refund for the two-day shipping that cost more than the charger itself.

    Attempted to both contact this company (Savingology.com) several times. Emails always end up with some sort of error, even though information is entered correctly.No phone number is listed, although I did finally find one.No response at all from the company.The item ordered was barely removed from the shipping envelope - never used, etc.

    We are not sure why the customer filed a complaint since we have actually replied through the email. Since the customer only wants to return the adapter because they no longer need it, we already processed partial refund.

    As per policy, shipping fee will not be refunded for items that are returned and are not exchanged or replaced.

    The customer should have the credit back to the account in 3-5 business days! 

    No need to return the adapter. Customer may keep it!

    I ordered a OEM power supply from Savingology.com (order number is ******, placed 08/22/2022 at 08:54AM)that showed a picture of the ** power supply for my laptop: **-755-G3-AC-Adapter** 755-G3 EliteBook AC ************* Cord Supply Charger Cable Wire Genuine Original OEM 1$28.29$28.29 Subtotal:$28.29 Tax:$0.00 Shipping Cost:$17.47 Grand Total:$45.76 When I received it, it was a knock off, made in ***** replacement. I e-mailed their customer service department and after a week and 1/2 they responded to say the item was shipped. I responded that, that was NOT the issue and told them I wanted to return the non-OEM power supply for a full refund + my express shipping. I called their customer service phone # ************** which every time doesn't not allow you to hold and wait but says to leave a message which I did. They texted me the customer service e-mail address. Nothing to date has been resolved.
