      I am extremely disgusted with iedm.com clothing company. I recently ordered two jumpsuits in sep 2023 from them, and they arrived a whole month late. To make matters worse, I had to go through the hassle of paying $20 for reshipping and an additional $5 for another reship fee. It has been almost three months now, and despite reaching out to ******, the supposed support manager, I have received no help or resolution. This experience has been ***********************. Avoid iedm.com at all costs! it's Nov still haven't received my money

      This business writes a lot of friendly words on their website, but as soon as something goes wrong they immediately push all responsibility onto the customer.I bought a simple 30$ t-shirt and had it shipped. **** marked it as delivered but it was never delivered into my mailbox or the package room. I filed a claim with **** and they said, of course, they marked it as delivered so it was in their eyes and that I should give my claim response to the sender, IeDM so they can file a claim now. I pass this information onto them and IeDMs response is to take it up with ****, that once they send it its the customers responsibility and they dont do anything any longer.I attempted again to say I already filed the claim with **** who says its the senders responsibility to file a claim, but **** refused to help in any way. Terrible customer service from both **** and especially IeDM

      This was an amazing purchase. Awesome customer service both with response time and actually answering your questions. Even though I misread the item description saying they are made to order, they still came very quickly. Last minute purchase and still came through two days before my festival. Quality of the items is amazing. Super soft material and clear image. Highly recommend this business!!

      IEDM is the real deal. Nowhere else have I been able to regularly find interesting clothes to wear that feel great and fit so well. My only real issue is that I have to make hard decisions on which designs and different pieces of clothing I want before I've spent all my money.

      I bought a Cheshire Cat hoodie as a birthday gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. I was so indecisive on which one I wanted and as a first time customer I was a little skeptical, but the customer service was very helpful and the quality of the product was excellent.. I will be purchasing many more items in the future!

      Their site is misleading when it comes to delivery time vs "production time" + delivery. They say it's hand crafted, but don't say its all "made to order". You don't find out the production timeline until you get your receipt. Hard to get my order before a festival if you get surprised with an additional week lead time tacked on your order last minute. Can't review products I never get.

      I was very pleased with ****. The products looked exactly like they did online and the material seems to be very good. The only small issue I had was the tracking information on a couple of shirts got mixed up with another order. Because of that I was told the shirt had arrived when they didn't, but the **** got the issue fixed quickly. I'll be sure to buy more clothing from them
