      They deserve a zero but I had to pick a star to place a review. I recently purchased alot of clothes from IEDM but they smelled so bad, like mildew. My son has cancer so I have to be very careful with what is around him and these were all he wanted for Christmas. So to be safe, I had to see if I could get the mildew smell out and when I was able to and knew the mildew smell was gone, he tried them on and the hoodies were too big, very long. It stated they won't do exchanges if washed but if they came clean and not smelling so bad and I knew they weren't going to make my son sick, I never would have had to wash them. They do not care nor understand because of how they came I had to wash them. Do not buy from them, they don't care how your expensive clothes show up. They don't answer their phones and they rarely answer emails, they just want your money. Shame on them!

      No actual customer service to reach by phone. No update on order for 2 weeks. Order #******.If you can deliver by 12/23 I'll remove by complaint.Pretty much every shop you buy from online would tell you if there is a delay after 2 weeks of no status updates.Getting a hold of a person on the phone would prevent more people from filing compliants.

      Wonderful clothing. I wear my hoodie every day and I have more stuff on the way! Definitely recommend
