    I have attempted to purchase the same items 2 times from two separate stores. Each time it shows as picked up by Shipping partner Facility, it has not been delivered. It went from being delivered on 4/22/24 at 8:43am to departing facility 4/22/24 at 10:43am. This should have been the only update from them. but it goes back and forth with switching from delivered to departing since. It appears to be that someone is playing around and not actually delivering them to ***** I am ****** irritated at the fact that no one is resolving this issue.

    I ordered a package and it got transferred to ***** It says:Departed Shipping Partner ************** Awaiting Item JAMAICA, NY ***** March 8, 2024, 5:37 *********** Partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC.Current day is 3/19/2024 and It has not updated at all. I had ordered about 6 items and have yet to get them. I was supposed to get them, between 3/12-3/18 and nothing. Please let me know what the hold up is because I really need my items

    Bought an item off Aliexpress on Feb. 20th 2024. It was shipped out on the 25th with Fast Track Express as their shipping partnef. Thus far it has been constantly back and forth at ********* **. for over 2 weeks departing over and over with absolutely zero movement. It's been nearly an entire month since it shipped. I paid too much money to have to wait soooo unGodly long for this. I paid $140 for this item. It's now March 18th. Fast Track Express name and service is one big fat lie! This shipper is the fracking worst shipping service in the world!

    I ordered some stuff from dh gate in mid February and several of the items have been sitting in Jamaica ** at fast track express. This place is a scam also none of their phone numbers are in service. I've emailed them and no one has ever gotten in touch with me.

    I ordered a package from 23jerseys.com on January 27, 2024, and they used this shipping service to send the items. The items shipped on February 1, 2024, but keep bouncing from departed Fast Track Express to arrived at Fast Track Express and has for the last 3 weeks. This seems to be the same issue a lot of other people are having. I am just worried that Fast Track Express and the merchant are a partnership for scammers.
