    I visited this UPS Store location to purchase postage stamps. During the transaction, I was charged $0.95 per domestic First Class stamp and $3.50 per international stamp. By comparison, the official USPS rates at the time were $0.78 for domestic and $1.70 for international postage.
    There was no posted notice or verbal disclosure indicating that the pricing here differs significantly from USPS rates. While I understand that UPS Store franchise locations are permitted to set their own retail pricing, the lack of transparency makes it difficult for consumers to make informed decisions.
    This experience has led me to question the consistency and reliability of pricing across UPS Store locations. As a result, I no longer plan to use UPS Stores for mailing services and will instead obtain postage directly from USPS or other providers where pricing is disclosed and aligned with published rates.
    I am sharing this information to help other consumers understand that stamps sold at UPS Store locations may carry substantial markups and that it is advisable to confirm pricing in advance or to go to the Meadow St ***** or Ithaca USPS Post office instead, where prices are standardized.

    bought a shipping label to send for a package the label got returned to them label was not used
    was sent for something i was buying was sent in an envelope and envelope got returned tuesday.
    Now they will not refund the shipping label money that i paid for.

    I was to send the label we guessed about how much it weighed #50lb they said if it was too much they would refund it back the difference well the letter never got delivered because the guy who i was sending it to did not give me the right addresses it was a scam.so it was in staten island ny
    ups store for a few days.so they had it sent back. so since it came back i can not get my refund .
