      I purchased a sectional outdoor seating set, which arrived damaged and scratched. I immediately contacted the store and they agreed to arrange an exchange. However, the replacement piece I received was also damaged and poorly assembled, with nails sticking out of the furniture. I reached out to the manager, ****, who assured me that they would send another piece for replacement. Unfortunately, the third piece I received also had scratches all over it. Frustrated, I decided to inspect the delivery truck myself to see if the issue was occurring during transportation. To my dismay, I discovered marks all over the furniture, which **** claimed were manufacturer defects. I promptly sent video and pictures of the scratches to ****, hoping for a resolution. I also made a note with the delivery man and told them to also take pictures and make a note. However, when I contacted her for the third time, expressing my desire to return the defective item for a refund, she didn't even respond. Instead, she arranged for yet another drop-off of the same piece, this time with the scratches covered up with marker and paint. Not remembering that I had the original video from the third time that she tried to replace the same exact item. I would like to highlight their exorbitant pricing practices. It came to my attention that the furniture they sell is actually from **********************'s signature line, yet they charge an outrageous amount under the guise of assembly and delivery fees.

      BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE,DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!Worst store I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere! Be aware of this companies policies, the site is not accurate with measurements and the dining set was much bigger and driver said they cant take back without authorization which i called and was given. The run around and hung up on several times by a worker named ***** at Farmingdale Location and then told I had to email and that went no where I am never going to purchase anything from this store again ***** at ** ******** services to call store and that did nothing I have sent countless emails and never received a response.

      This client made a furniture purchase on line that was delivered on Friday 12/10. The client signed for the goods that they were in good condition and the driver took a photo of the pcs in the area that the customer wanted them placed. AFTER the driver left the client called our Farmingdale location and said that the set was too big for the area she wanted it for and wanted our drivers to go back and get it out of her house. She was told by ***** that as clearly stated on our web site "ALL FURNITURE SALES ARE FINAL" but she should submit an email to our on line department and that someone would get back to her within 24 hours. The client kept calling both our Farmingdale location and the delivery service and was told again that since she purchased it on line she needed to send an email to our on line department. In the mean time we of course double checked the measurements on our web site and they are indeed accurate. Our on line department got in touch with the client via email on Saturday morning (less than 24 hours after the delivery was made) The client said the measurements were wrong on our web site so we told her we checked with our floor sample and measured and that the measurements were indeed correct on line. The client stated that she measured multiple times and they were wrong . We asked her to send us a photo using a measuring tape so we could see what she was talking about but she refused to do it . She said she just wanted the set out at that moment. We explained to her our company policy of " all furniture sales being final " but as a COURTESY we would pick up the furniture and allow her to reselect something that *** work better for the area. She refused that offer and said she just wanted the furniture picked up and her money refunded. We again explained our policy that is CLEARLY listed on our website that we do not issue refunds of any kind, but AGAIN as a COURTESY we would pick up the goods and issue a STORE CREDIT less the delivery fee as the delivery was made and the goods signed for in good condition by the client. The client did not refuse the furnture at the point of delivery but decided AFTER the drivers left that is was too big for the area and expected us to send the driver back and take back the 6 pieces of furniture that was delivered and signed for . That was not able to be done as the drivers had other deliveries to make . We told the client as a COURTESY we would pick up the goods this Wednesday and issue the store credit. We also told her that although we understand that the pieces she purchased are too big for the area she purchased them for that is no fault of ours and we would bend our policy as a COURTESY but our measurements are correct and our store policy is clearly stated . We also have on our web site a whole statement about measuring and how it is the customers responsibility to measure . We have been in business for over 40 years because we treat our clients so well. We did absolutely nothing wrong here and resolved the customers issue in less than 24 hours after the delivery was SIGNED for and issued a pick up for a STORE CREDIT for this Wednesday 12/15.
