      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my scheduled fingerprinting appointment at the PrintScan ****************************************************** on ************************************************************************************************************, on August 7, ******* appointment was scheduled for 12:40 PM. Upon arrival, I was told by the employee on duty that I would not be seen unless I was wearing a mask. While I understand businesses may set certain policies, the employee refused to provide any explanation for this requirement and did not offer a mask or alternative *********** an effort to comply, I left the premises, purchased a full box of masks, and returned. Despite now having a mask and offering the rest to assist with future clients, the employee refused to accept them and still declined to complete my appointment. When I asked to be rescheduled, I informed him that I had another time-sensitive appointment at 2:00 PM and that his refusal was jeopardizing my days *********** make matters worse, throughout this interaction, the employee himself was improperly wearing his own mask, covering only his mouth but leaving his nose exposed, which not only undermines the very policy he was attempting to enforce but also raises concerns about professionalism and consistency.His behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, culminating in him slamming the door in my face, an act that I found offensive and completely unacceptable for someone representing a service provider handling sensitive biometric data.This experience caused me considerable inconvenience, expense, and frustration. I respectfully request that your location at ****************************************************** be investigated for inappropriate conduct and potential discriminatory treatment, and that PrintScan be held accountable for the way clients are treated at this location.Sincerely,******** *******

This site is part of our affiliate network and collects fingerprints on behalf of Printscan, but is not a direct part of the Printscan organization.       If I could give 0 stars I would. As the others have stated, I paid for a service and the court system does not accept them as a vendor for live scan. They sublet their equipment and outsources the services In other states. This is a very sketchy business. I have asked for a refund or a credit and they will not help. There seems to be a scam going on with this so-called business. The vendor inputted information incorrectly, and this business will not refund or give a credit to redo. The court also did not accept their document as they are not an approved vendor on the list.

For court-related fingerprinting, the Florida Live Scan option should have been chosen. This distinction is crucial for ensuring that the correct documentation is provided to the court and the results are channeled correctly.Non-Refundable Policy:As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted at the time of scheduling, our services are non-refundable once the appointment is completed. This policy is in place to maintain clarity and fairness for all customers. In the event of a rejection, we do offer one reprint and resubmission at no additional cost. Additionally, there are costs associated with the collection and submission of fingerprints to the ***, which are also non-refundable, even if an incorrect appointment type was selected.Approved Vendor Status:We are listed as an approved vendor on the ************************* Enforcement's website, which confirms our legitimacy as a live scan provider.       Absolute terrible ***************** Talked with three people and they made no effort to find my completed prints. They gave me an appointment to get my finger prints for my medical license, I went at the scheduled time and location they told me to go, spent an hour getting just the right prints (these machines are finicky) and Printscan says they do not have them. The company that owns the scanning device, ***************** said they were transmitted to Printscan and have confirmation they were received by Printscan, but Printscan will not take the time to find them. Now I have to spend my time going somewhere else and doing this again. I do not recommend using Printscan, complete waste of time.

      Not competent. I processed the request and money through their website, $450 USD for an *** Finger Print Check. They claim IT deleted the application now they want me to resubmit and pay them another $538 for the request but will not refund the initial payment of $450. Sounds like their corporate culture encourages theft. Need my $450 taken off my credit card. Then I will do business with a competent vendor.

      **** scheduled an appointment for a fingerprint card scan. There was a technical glitch and were unable to process his request. We asked **** to re-register so we may complete his request, but he refused. Payment isn't processed unless the request is completed. Since we were unable to complete the request, **** was NOT charged, and ****'s information has since been deleted from our system.
