- Additional Info:Information has been provided to BBB Serving Metropolitan New York regarding mailings received by consumers from the Notification of Payment (NOP) Office, which has a P.O. Box return address out of Hewlett, NY. The mailings indicate that the consumers have won a cash prize, but they must submit an upfront "confirmation" fee to NOP in order to receive the prize, usually in the amount of $20.
BBB has contacted this business on several occasions to inquire about its business practices. BBB has also attempted to obtain background information about this business, such as the names of the principal officers, the physical location of company operations, start date and/or date of incorporation, and the size and scope of the business. However, BBB has been unable to reach this company by mail, and cannot locate a phone number or e-mail in which to contact the company. In June 2014, BBB also found an additional affiliated business name, Worldwide Notification Partners (WNP), and an address in Flushing, NY.
