    I ordered two items totaling little over $100 and I never received my items nor will the refund the money. This is essentially theft and they dont care because they file a complaint on my behalf to the delivery service. So, Im out of the money AND merchandise.

    **************** is awful. This is the only company where payments through ****** and my debit card would have my money sent back to me and my orders canceled.I was told that I come up as a "BANNED" customer. I have no reason why I do, and they did nothing to work with me to figure out any confusion on the matter. They treated me like a scammer. For the record, I have a 750 credit score, I could borrow money for any loans that I choose to take out, yet I'm banned from purchasing action figures?This is a horrible position that any faithful customer of 10+ years could be in.

    I been a customer of ********************** for over 5 year's and I've spent so much money on Wrestling figures from that company that I'd could buy a house with that money. Anyway I recently for the past several month's keep getting damaged figure packages from them, so each time I take pictures,send the damaged one back and get a new replacement. They make excuses and blame it on ***** everytime but the outer box is always perfect so it's not ****** RINGSIDE COLLECTIBLES take no responsibility for there mistakes. One time they sent my figure to the wrong address and sent me a picture of the wrong house an said I got the item and refused giving my refund. The ONE lady that answers there phone is rude and nasty and recently they canceled all my orders and said it's because I always return there damaged c*** they keep sending me LOL unbelievable. An this seems to be a thing according to all the complaints from other customers smh. DON'T BUY FROM **********************

    We helped this customer so very many times but they had unrealistic expectations and constantly had issues time and time again. Quite rude to us despite going out of our way to help them out even when there was manufacturer issues that were not our fault.

    This was responded to via Paypal. Customer filed a paypal dispute as they ordered a "Back-Order: Late-June" item on 5/6/24 so the item was not in-stock yet. This was explained in the paypal communication and because the customer requested the order to be canceled we did so and fully refunded the customer. Not sure what their issue is as they responded within Paypal.

    Ive used them for years. A huge part of the wrestling community. Anytime Ive received a wrong figure they always made it right.

    Poor excuse for customer service each person I dealt with was rude unprofessional wasn't willing to help yeah they offered me 50% off of a price of an item that already paid once for and I asked for a refund for this item they told me they wasn't going to do it how do I know that they filed a complaint to the post office for my package being missing I don't know that but all in all poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering anything from this site they price ***** items by upselling them more than what they're worth

    Customer ordered and this package was shipped to them. Tracking shows it was delivered. We submitted a post office claim on behalf of the customer which they denied saying it was properly delivered. Customer is actually angry at the post office and not us. We shipped the order and incurred the shipping cost and did nothing wrong obviously.

    Because I lived at an address a couple years ago they are stopping my order. Makes no sense. I guess current owners of my old house put a report with BBB effects me because I lived there at some point. I have a different name and different address I dont understand. They are discriminating against me for something I didnt do. So now they have another bad review and complaint. Poor business sense! Beware

    Its funny ringside has a excuse for every review on here I ordered the last dance *************. It was all torn and ripped and bent when it got here I am a disabled vet with nothing below the knee. I have spent tons of money on ringside and instead of them figuring out a way to get me a new figure. they said I had to print out a return label I have no printer then go to ***** wich I would have to have legs to do. Mail it back to them and wait for a claim which by that time the figure would be sold out. So I wouldnt ever get the figure at all I didnt pay for damaged packaging I paid full price. There shipping policy clearly says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make you go through the hassle of returning the item because they know not all people have the means to do so. So they just let it slide. And when you call you get to talk to ********* who you will get no help from at all just attitude because they where asked to do there job. And follow the policy that it says on there site so all in all if you order from them just pay for damaged packaging cus 50% out of the time thats what youre gonna get. If youre a inbox collector like myself dont waste youre time or money. Go to bbts or big apple toys or 5 below anywhere else but ringside

    Packaging of course is not always perfect even directly from new manufacturer cases. We do provide free return labels to swap out merchandise that customer's are not satisfied with as the merchandise would need to be returned. We do not have the customer pay for it themselves. Anyone can return product within 30 days if unopened for whatever reason.
