    I ordered a WWF action figure for my grandson on June 26 and when it didnt show up I called ringside they said it will be in August it never showed I call numerous times and left messages on customer service line. They only answer calls for new orders and never call back.I called 09/09/24 and they said the action figure wouldnt be ready until November so I immediately asked for a refund and was told they would refund me 35$ and email confirmation. They did not do either.

    On the 14th of January 2024, I paid $128.38NZD for a *********************** and ******************* WWE figures, including 21 day ***** postage to ** as advertised on the website and the option selected for shipping. The product was not available for shipping and was delayed until end of February. From the ***** website details I was given the package was with them on 27th February 2024, to date this package has not arrived. I have followed up with Ringside Collectibles, have requested a refund, have followed up with ***** and requested a refund from them, but ehy say only Ringside collectibles can do it. The package arrived in ** on 8th March and was at a local post facility until 15th March, where it has gone to *********, ***** and back to ********* where it has been sitting since 30th May, 2024. This was for my son's birthday in April. I have requested a refund and been completely ignored, there has been no support or assistance from Ringside collectibles.

    Customer placed a back-order on 1/12/24. Shipped on 2/27/24 when the product came in stock via the method the customer selected.
    Tracking shows a ton of back and forth of the package as shown below.
    As stated on our website ***** does not accept claims to be put in for the shipping method the customer choose so we could only issue a refund if the package was returned to us which it has not been. Customer is upset at ***** and taking it out inappropriately on us.

    [Your Answer Here] I looked up the site and have attached the shipping options for you to view. I paid for ******************* Saver (Zone D), it is not mentioned taht you cannot claim for this shipping method.

    I am frustrated with the lack of help and basic customer service. In reading customer reviews other people have been refunded with similar issues, ***** state that only Ringside can contact them in regard to the order and the shipping. They could have called ***** and ensured delivery, but we have had no help. 

    The package was in ** and was sent back to ***** and *********, it has the incorrect address - or so I was told by NZ post. This is a fault by Ringside.

    Customer is not understanding. ***** does not accept claims for the service level they selected.
    We cannot contact the postal service of every individual country in the world.
    If the package is returned to us a refund only then could be issued.

    I bought $100 worth of action figures in August (7 months ago) I used Ringsides Free Shipping option. ***** delivered my package to the incorrect address and provided proof of it being delivered to the wrong address. Ringside asked me for a picture of my home to show the correct address. I provided it. Apparently ***** denied the claim that ringside issued and ringside refused to refund me. So Ringisde kept my money (over $100) and I got nothing. Mind you Ive spent thousands of dollars on their site over several years and they still wouldnt refund me. I will never do business with them again. Buyers beware.

     Ringside did not do everything on their end. It is their responsibility as a company that offers free shipping to make sure the customer is taken care of. I did not receive my order and ringside got my money. I should be either refunded or sent a new order. Terrible business practices from Ringside Collectibles.

    My two orders were supposed to be shipped out mid December as the pictures show on their ad. I get two emails saying it will be ******* which, is after Christmas also. This is false advertising. I'd like a full refund.

    We do not control any of the carriers ***** & ****** who are responsible for packages in transit and they do occasionally lose packages. If you selected a service level that accepts claims we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

    On Dec 12, 2022 I made a purchase ***** for multiple items. Ringside sent tracking information on 12/22/22. On 12/23/22 the package stated delivered by ***** 10:54AM. There is no activity from my security cameras at or around that delivery time. On 12/26/22 I contact ***** and Ringside. When spoke with representative from Ringside. He told me to wait for the results from ***** then call back to file a claim. The investigation from ***** took 8 days. I was told the delivery scan was 180ft from my home. The time the picture was sent doesn't match the delivery time stamp either. They are classifying the package lost. I then contact Ringside as instructed with the information I was given. For whatever reason ***** denied the claim. I requested Ringside file a appeal on my behalf. That is what the escalation team from ***** told me. Ringside refused to and continue to tell me to file a police report. I made 4 attempts to resolve this through written communication. They refuse to help. ***** insurance policies doesn't allow them to pay me. So I have no choice but to contact the BBB for a resolution. ***** tracking #************ please contact ***** to collaborate my story.

    Customer contacted on 1/3/23 claiming they didn't get it so we filed a ***** claim on their behalf.

    On 1/6/23 ***** denied the claim stating, "Package was delivered properly".
    Customer then did a paypal claim against us.


    We are obviously not responsible for lost or stolen packages and have zero control over the carriers or their claim decisions.

    If customer thinks someone stole their package they should file a police report.

     I have no legal power as the reciever. The business is 100% responsible for resolving this matter to my satisfaction. I paid to receive my items which I didn't. I didn't pay just to have them shipped. Do to the term and conditions set between ***** and the shipper I'm not entitled to any additional information to provideto the BBB. The case for ************ is open. When I receive confirmation of a second claim being filed. I'll be satisfied. Like I stated when filing the second claim inform ***** of the discovery information in the notes. The photo isn't of my home and it was delivered on the wrong street 180ft away. If Ringside fills their item was stolen before I received it once again the responsibility falls on them. They're doing the minimum to resolve this matter.

    I ordered 3 figures from ringside collectibles 12/13/2022. When I realized one of the ordered items was on backorder and would cause the oother three of my daughters items to come late I emailed them 12/13/2022 and12/14/2022. I never got any response. My wife called today, 12/15/2022 and they said the whole order was canceled because I am banned from buying from them. They also said they would have a manager call back after their lunch about 4 hours ago as I am writing this letter. They banned me due to a misunderstanding of their policies after they sent me a broken and opened item. I explained to them that my disability causes me to have a hard time understanding things, they said they didn't care, and it didn't matter. I went and also reported the to the department of justice for the *** since it is illegal to reuse service to somebody due to their disability. They still have my money, none of it was actually refunded. I would like the one Malakai black figure removed from the order and refunded so the other figures come in that I have paid for and not yet received. I would also like this ban lifted so I can just drop all these reports and continue on with my life.
