    11/14/2021. I spent $77.95 for a switch device for my disabled child as a Christmas gift. He was 5 years old. Unfortunately, ******* passed away unexpectedly on 11/24/2021. I have been attempting to contact this company to send this back and get a refund. I also lost my mother-in-law and my job during this time. I am in need of a refund. I have not been able to speak with anyone but one time and have had to leave several voice mails as well as e-mails reliving and explaining my situation. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my money back and to return this unused switch. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in this company. I am just astonished that they are so uncaring and unprofessional. I am assuming that this company does not truly care for these children that they design toys for, I would not recommend this to any parents.

    I ordered from this company for the first time and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the product for the price paid. One item ordered did not perform as expected based on the description in the catalogue. The quality of the motor in the device was ridiculously simplistic, loud and the moving arm was not smooth no mater what speed you set. The second arm was stationery which I thought it would also move. When I called the company to request a refund she read the description from their website which was much more detailed and mentioned that only one arm moved. Had that been in the catalogue I would not have ordered the item. I was upset about the huge discrepancy and she said she would mention that to the marketing department. Then I find out that I have to cover the return shipping, they will not pay for it despite their deceptive marketing. This company is out of touch with it's market and is taking advantage those that teach students with special needs. I will not order from them again. Their prices, quality and customer service are severely lacking.
