Upon review of your conversation history with our ************* team, we see that a member of our team offered guidance for using the product, asking if you'd like to continue using it for a little longer before canceling. However, we never heard back from you following that interaction, so your subscription was not canceled at that time - this is why you received another order.
We can confirm that your subscription has now been canceled (as of April 17th, 2024); moving forward, you will no longer be automatically billed or receive automatic orders from us. Additionally, we see that you have been in touch with another member of our ************* team, who issued you a full refund for the unwanted order.
