      I purchased flowers online through ************************** on April 17, 2025. I received an email the following day saying my order could not be delivered and a refund would be issued. No refund was issued.Order # ****** for $103. 42 has not been refunded. I followed up with an email refund inquiry May 19, 2025 and was told by ******** ***** she was working on it and will make sure your money is returned as soon as possible.

      I ordered flowers from Starluck flowers by phone . They sent me a confirmation. Then less than a hour later they sent a cancellation because they did not deliver in area the house was. So said in 10 days would have my refund to my ****** It never came my **** card refunded and placed a fraud charge. Now Starluck has charged my **** for these flowers again .After back on May 8th 2025 order was cancelled. Trying to get money for nothing . Price $70.82

      On 6-25-25 I ordered flowers from starluck to be delivered same day ******* *******. I received the confirmation that my order was received and would be delivered same day. Then my card was charged 126 this included a $9.99 technology fee. Within ************************************************** an email stating that my flowers could not be delivered and I could see why below. They did not include why they couldn't be delivered. I sent them two emails without a response and I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to pick up to help me for 35 minutes. I tried calling back four different times without success. No one is returning my emails and no one is answering their phone. And they have charged my account

      I placed an order on June 4th and within a few hours I received an email stating they cancelled my order and a full refund was issued the same day. Their refund policy states up to ten business days. I waited the ten days and contacted the company by phone and was told it was being worked on. Since then I have sent several emails and as of June 24th I still have not been refunded.

      Hi , my name is ******. On 5-5-25, I ordered a Mothers Day basket online. I received a confirmation receipt for my order #******. About a half hour later I received a cancelled order letter from ******** ***** (customer service manager). The letter came with an apology and was professional. When my refund never came, I called and talked to ******** on 5 -17-25 and she informed me that the refund should be showing up soon. Waited... nothing. On 5-27-25, I called and talked to *******. He assured me that refund will show up in a few days. Kind of forgot about this issue. I called on 6-20-25 and ******* **** " I will resend your refund ". I am enclosing 4 pages marked 1 thru 4.       I ordered flowers from them and they cancelled because they said they didn't have enough drivers. They told me I would get a refund that was in February and I'm still waiting. I've contacted them several times and they give me the same excuse, they are working on it.

      On 6/4/2025 I tried to order flowers to send to my granddaughter to congratulate her for her concert. Within less than an hour I received an email stating they could not deliver the flowers and that a refund would be issued and I should expect it within 5-10 business days. I called on 6/16/2025 and was assured a refund has been issued and it would just be a few more days. I called back in on 6/18/2025 since the refund was still not received, and I was again assured the refund had been issued and that I just had to wait a couple more days. I contacted my bank and they stated they had no record of a pending refund.

      Yes, I did get my refund, but not until after I called 2x to complain, after the 10 buz days they said it would take.  I feel like this company takes your money,  holds it as long as possible before finally giving a refund.   They never had any florists as they send their cancel response within an hour of you placing your order. At that time they could have released the funds so they never transferred.  ************ is fraudulent and should be prosecuted.

      I placed an order on 6/9/25 that was immediately canceled by Starluck Flowers, stating " the florist in your area is unable to deliver your flowers...In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card." I still have not received a refund. I have tried to contact them but their phone number goes straight to music with no way to speak to a human. I would like my refund.

      I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law and her spouse. The flowers were ordered on June 16th, 2025. The flowers were to be delivered on June 17th, 2025. The arrangement I ordered was called ******************* the order number is #****** and the total for my order was $70.82. I received an email notification from the company that they received my order. I also received an email notification the next morning that the order was being processed and would be delivered on June 17th. Buy 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon, the flower arrangement had not been delivered. I emailed the company and immediately received a response that seemed suspicious. The response stated that they would be working on issuing me a refund. I had not asked for a refund, I simply asked for the name of the local florist that would be delivering the arrangement and their phone number so that I could call and find out when the arrangement was going to be delivered. The next response I received was even more suspicious as it was incomplete. I then called the telephone number that was listed on their website. A male voice answered the phone and as soon as I stated what I needed, I was put on hold. I remained on hold for quite some time. I then hung up and every time I tried calling again, it went straight to music. At this point I got back online and looked up reviews for this company and saw that there were many unsatisfactory reports.
