Im reaching out referred by the ************************, to which a digital fraud has been reported. August 10, 2025, transaction price: 1 USD, then further charged ***** USD without my authorization plus an uncancellable weekly subscription. The business offered services through ***********************, yet I have never any digital product or analysis advertised. I have decided its my responsibility to notify the appropriate authorities as a direct witness of something illegal. The business did nothing to resolve the issue; the refund request form is designed in a way that will coax further personal information, and the response was an automated message stating the bank policy doesnt allow them to issue refunds. The dubious service was displayed to me as an ad on ********* which I either cannot access or it has since been taken down.Below is what was sent to the ECC:[The fraud] involved an unauthorized transaction on my bank account, dishonest business tactics, lies to extort money and data, and the deception of customers, as well as the sale of personal data to third parties. After reviewing the product, I purchased a demo of the service for one dollar, but moments later, fifteen times that amount was debited from my account, without my knowledge, authorization, warning, or transparency. [The website] was designed to appear functional, but its inoperable once you log in and doesn't actually provide the services it advertises. [] After canceling my subscription, I received an email stating that if I wanted to cancel, I had to do so through a section on the website where such an option doesn't exist. [] I also received a text messages from a suspicious email address on my phone number. This may be considered evidence that the company is selling or sharing illegally obtained personal data. Not only is my bank account at risk, but also my personal safety. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and carefully investigate it.Customer Answer

This company since February 16, 2025 has charged my account over 11x times without my authorization. I canceled my subscription 2 days before my trial was to supposed to end in Feb. 2025. **************** aka The Nebula App. I contacted them to let them know my account was being fraudulently accessed, and was told it was canceled the next day on February 17th. To my dismay, when I checked my account they charged me 7x times from February to April 2025. After contacting them in April once i noticed it they shared my subscription was canceled. To my surprise now in August checking my account I see they are still continuing to charge my account unauthorized, now they're withdrawing $45 each time. Why cant this company be stopped. They are stealing from my people's bank accounts with their permission. Below are the dates they're now withdrawn $180 without my consent. I used this website once on Feb. 16th, 2025 and it has been a nightmare ever since.1. May 8th, $45 2. June 9th, $45 3. July 7th, $45 4. I reached out to the business by email to cancel on 11/27/24. Instructions on the site (attached) say to cancel by emailing support. They emailed me back and said I needed to do something else. (attached). When I tried to do that, the link was broken. You could not cancel. I kept contacting. No resolution. I expect to be reimbursed every ***** charge -for 8 weeks. ****** in total plus time I spent on this mess. The only reason it ended-- I canceled by debit card. There was 3 day trial for 1$ campaign, i purchased it and then they refunded me 1$ and took 28.99$ out of my bank account. When I searched deeper, apparently, it was 10 year subscription which I never gave consent to. So, apparently i purchased 28.99$ just for pdf report. What pdf report? I had opted in for a free trial offer. But directly after being sent to the link I realized it wanted to charge a fee to see anything on the app. I cancelled the trial the same day. But i got an email stating i was subscribed to something else and would be charge $3.49 every two weeks. I unsubscribed again carefully making sure not to check the deceiving box at the bottom that involuntarily enters you into another subscription. I received an email that i was unsubscribed however i just received an email stating my free trial is set to start and i would be charged after. I sent several emails asking to be unsubscribed to everything. I want to confirm i have been unsubscribed and will not be charged anything from here on out. they are scamming people out of $20 A WEEK and not even entering card information. I opened the app and purchased a $1 astrology report and since have been charged $19.99 twice in less than a week. they advertise an app and they dont have one. I cancelled my subscription that i never even purchased. contacted support four times and have heard nothing back. im going to report them for fraud if i dont hear anything back. this is RIDICULOUS!!!!Customer Answer

I was charged two more times for the same amount in two different transactions. I reviewed their Money Back Guarantee policy which I did in fact qualify for and they have continued to deny it. I ended up having to order a new debit card and report them for fraud because I was still being charged even after I had cancelled the subscription I never even purchased in the first place.

I paid for a one-time report generated by Astroline. I never authorized any further charges, and then I noticed a charge of $19.99 on 10/21. I made sure I cancelled the subscription and much to my surprise a week later, 10/28 I got another charge of $19.99. I contacted the business and they sent me another link to cancel which I followed and received a confirmation of my subscription cancellation from the business. Yet, 11/6 I got charged again.I went online and it appears countless people became victims of this scam and can't stop the endless unauthorized charges by this organization. I am at a loss and feel absolutely helpless. I refuse to be charged $80/month for receiving no services. Please help. I am desperate and don't know where to turn to.Initial Complaint
