On July 23, 2021 I purchased an ********************* from Schumachers appliances located at *******************************************. I paid $1,664. for ac and installation The following day after it got installed it broke down. ********** brought me a new one and installed it. Almost 30 days later that ac broke down also. Since then I've been given the run around. I spoke to **** whom told me to call **** which is the person with warentee **** which takes care of repairs for our area. **** tells me he'll contact warrantee ****, because I was misinformed, but that he would call them for me and would call me back with date and time when they will come to repair the ac. I wait a day or two and I received no call. I now try calling **** back and I leave multiple messages due to the fact that I get no answer. I start calling schumachers store again, which is the store I purchased the ac but I also get no answer in that store. Months go by and no matter what time I call, no one answers my calls. In the time I am also dealing with many health issues, surgeries, hospitalizations. My wife is also ill. She's got cancer and needs to have a working ac in her room because she suffers with extreme heat and sweating. I just want my wife to be able to rest in her room with cool air in these very hot days. The coolness helps her with her nausea and vomiting that she experiences on a daily basis. I finally take a cab and go to the store on 05/17/2022, personally, and speak with *********, aka Nate, and he reassures and swears to me that he will remedy my problem. Tells me to send him pictures of serial number of ac to his email so I do it , within the next hour. He tells me that he'll make some calls and call me back. Next day I call him because he hadn't called me, like he said. He called me back tells me he called people choice repairsand they would call me, but no call came. He told me that they would come Saturday 5/21/22, no one came, no one called. I'm tired and I desperately need help.pleas
