I reached out to Y2k around the end of January. They were slow on getting back to me for a couple of weeks. I had only a couple inquiries that I mentioned to the sales representative that was all I needed to have removed. My brother who has been working with them informed me that he spoke with them and they advised me to call them and that they could work with my situation. I spoke with the lady who stated they could do the inquiry removal for me. I had not mentioned the consultation waiver again on that call because they were made fully aware that I was wanting to waive what wasn't necessary. When we got off the call she sent me over a form that included the consultation. I called back & she stated there' s no way around it and discuss it with **** when he contacts me. **** contacted me while having my report open the conversation was simply "I have these two inquiries I need removed". He was in my file to confirm the two since there were only 4 total at the time and two of the four were open accounts. He replied we will get on it and stated well we didn't really need a consultation and I replied I've been saying that every time I spoke with whoever the woman was. The conversation didn't have to take more than a few seconds and could've been handled through a simple email. I was slightly off about the cost of the inquiry removal on a ****** review because it's been a while since I paid it and me having paid a few dollars more than I recall. A consultation is an overview on how things are going to go and a plan of action. It was common sense that it was unnecessary to pay a consultation. I prefer to pay "only" and "exactly" for a service that I am getting and agreed to. The consultation fee was never returned. 10 weeks later I was never notified, updated, nor did the inquiries remove. It took a bad ****** review to hear from this company after my email went unanswered. Y2k then attempted to login to my account unauthorized. They can't provide proof of work done
