Helpful and quick to take your money. Cabinets took over 6 months to arrive. Then to find out they couldn't deliver. I drive there and just give me a bunch of boxes(i wasnt going to open everything up there) plus im not a ********* nor installer. I dont know what im looking at. Get home, a week later the installers show up and notice a shelf missing along with 2 panels. They tell me they send me the parts with a friend picking up parts. Once i have the installers return the following week. They notice the panels are different colors, and unpainted.DONT YOU LOOK OVER YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT???? Would avoid dealing with ****** off customers! I report it to them and they said its not their fault, that i shouldve made sure?? Lol then they dont respond when i ask for an update on delivery date. Its been almost a year now with still no panels. Unprofessional, Lazy staff, and showed my personal information of purchase to someone else (bc they sent me a picture). Reporting them to BBB and debating a police report for theft since theyre not returning my calls, my money, nor the missing parts we prepaid. RIDICULOUS!
