All Area Realty Services is so unprofessional that they failed to provide decent management services. There are two incidents from me to prove that they are just incapable of working professionally. Here are the incidents:Incident 1:The common facility is causing noise and vibration in my apartment. The report from the sound professional also indicates that the noise and vibration exceed the standard. My family (including little kids) and I have been the victims of this. Nothing is fixed after five months. All Area Realty Service is so unprofessional in handling the whole situation. They failed to provide informative updates on the fixes. All they are telling me is they are working diligently on the issue, which is very ironic because nothing is fixed after all this time. They show no sympathy, and they don't seem like they want to get it fixed in a timely manner. The upper management also knows about this issue, but nothing is addressed. Again, this company is so unprofessional and extremely poorly managed. I would never work with this company ever again if I had a choice.Incident 2:All Area Realty Services is a very unprofessional and poorly managed company. The property manager of my apartment building is not professional. He ignores all my emails and is not being responsible and responsive to issues. Asking for an incident report because of water leakage from the neighbor above is harder than winning the lottery. The company is the worst of the worst. I need to let everyone know, so you don't need to go through the same experience as me.
