I am absolutely outraged by Lufthansa's utter incompetence in handling my booking reference ****** for passengers *************************** and ***********************, booked on October 13th, 2024, for travel from ***** to ******* on March 20th, returning on March 17th. Despite paying a hefty sum of $3400, they callously canceled the reservation without any prior notice or verification, causing immense distress to both myself and my parents, who were en route to the airport at the time.Their pitiful offer of $200 per flight as compensation is nothing short of insulting, considering I initially shelled out $1667 per adult. This flagrant lack of communication, coupled with their refusal to acknowledge their mistake, reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.I have meticulously documented every interaction, including email correspondences and booking history, which unequivocally demonstrate my innocence in this matter. Lufthansa must be held accountable for their actions and must issue a full refund, reimburse all associated expenses, and extend a genuine apology for the distress and inconvenience they have caused.Should Lufthansa fail to address these grievances promptly and adequately, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action to seek the redress I am ***********. It is high time for Lufthansa to take responsibility for their actions and uphold the standards of excellence in customer service that they claim to adhere to.If in any way were i included in the cancellation why would i call lufthansa costumer support the very next minute i saw the notification on and plead to restore it. The costumer himself is saying i didnot do it and the support is adamant and rude enough to just throw everything in my face and say nothing can be done
