He re-lit pilot light of water heater and charged $80.00 which I paid in cash on Saturday, 18th September 2021. Prior to payment, I made it clear to Leonidas that I wanted a receipt on company letterhead for payment received. Since I made payment of $80.00 to Leonidas, I have made numerous requests for a receipt via phone, text message and e-mail. On Monday, 8th November 2021, Leonidas sent a copy of an Invoice (request for payment within 15 days) via text message. I have made repeated requests for a receipt indicating Paid in Full since then but to no avail. On Wednesday, 16th March 2022, I advised Leonidas via e-mail and text message that if I did not receive a receipt from him indicating Paid in Full before end of business day on Friday, 18th March 2022, I would have no choice but to submit a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB). Please assist me in obtaining a receipt from *************************** of ***************************** for payment of $80.00 on Saturday, 18th September 2021.Thanking you in advance for your assistance regarding this matter.
