    Date of the transaction: 02/09/2023 I ordered three Arrid Extra Dry gel deodorants. They only sent one Arrid Extra Dry Deodorants. They charged me for three deodorants and have refused to send the other two deodorants that I paid for. I have the receipt and I was charged for three deodorants. All I want is for them to send the other two deodorants that I paid for and ordered. They claim by weight the order was fulfilled. However, their error is that I ordered three 2.6 Oz deodorants. They only sent one 2.6 Oz deodorants but they charged me for three. They will not acknowledge their error. Therefore, I am turning to this entity to compel them to send the other two deodorants that I ordered and paid for. The customer order number is ****************. The purchase order is ***************

    I ordered from this company on Amazon. I purchased a two pack of the ************* beads deodorant for men. I looked at all the pictures to MAKE sure it was the one with the power beads. They had them so I placed my order. Well upon arrival it was not what was pictured. It was a basic gillete deodorant WITHOUT any power beads. So I called Amazon to complain. They said it was probably a mistake and asked did I want another sent out. I said " as long as it's the correct one then fine". The next day 3/24/23 the replacement came. It was the SAME WRONG item. So now I have 4 of something I didn't order. It was completely false advertising. The power beads deodorant is a few dollars cheaper than the ones without them. So this company shows the more expensive deodorant with the power beads but sends the wrong cheaper item. Total ripoff, total scam. Reading the other reviews on this company this seems to be their specialty sending the wrong items then the customer service is just c***

    I placed an order for color dye 434 Deep Chestnut brown. I searched online and the *** Myotcstore.com popped up and had the color for less price. I placed the order and received the color dye 434 chocolate Chestnut deep chestnut brown. Garnier color has two different Chestnut one is Deep chestnut brown and the other is chocolate chestnut, I specifically ordered the Deep chestnut brown looking at both boxes you can see the difference. I reached out and explained to them the problem and they insisted that they had provided the correct item. I disputed the issue and was told they had provided me with the correct order. I have not heard anything more from them. This *** should be ashamed to handling the situation the way they did. I decided to report the issue to BBB so this doesn't happen again to anyone. I provided the pictures from the ****** app and the two different color dye boxes.

    I purchase 4 boxes of hair color they sent *** me only 2. I have kept the packaging to prove, by weight, there were only two boxes in the packaging sent to me. The invoice states 4 so I believe, and after reading so many other complaints of being short changed ( among other fraudulent actions) on the part of The merchant, that this was not an unintended mistake but in fact intentionally fraudulent in nature. .I have put a dispute in with PayPal. This company OTC does business under several names and all have a history of fraud, short changing on contents of shipments and sending wrong merchandise (****** is one of names as is Americarx) . This should be escalated to fraud and hopefully they will be charged for prosecution for so many cases with the BBB and other platforms. I am also a senior so elder abuse in my case. I spoke with PayPal their account is flagged and one other order on this name or the rest and they will be thrown off PayPal as a merchant. I am currently out $11.00 and change fortunately a small amount considering some other customers
