    Ordered 14 bottles of Colon Health on 6/25/2024 - total: $158.30. Items arrived on 7/1/2024 and all 14 bottles had an expiration date of 8/2024 - one month out. Contacted the company and asked for a replacement or a refund. The Company asked for pictures which I provided on 7/3. On 7/6 the Company emailed indicating they would issue a refund within ***** hours. After not receiving the refund in the allotted time, I contacted the company again on 7/10 for an update. The Company responded on 7/10 that they would issue the refund within 24 hours. That is the last I have heard from this Company. I have emailed them and called them several times since and they have not responded or issued the refund as of 7/19.

    I asked for a refund for products that were never shipped to me via email. The represenentative informed me that my request was forwarded to their billing department and would be handled accordingly. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have not received an email or any other type of communication about my refund from this company, and the refund has not been placed into my account.

    I placed an order with the otc store beginning of October, never received the product; after many many attempts the one person that always answers the phone informed me that my shipping address did not match the billing address; and they canceled the order although the money was still taken off my card and never returned; I have emailed and called several times requesting a refund- The voicemail is always full and there is no customer service to handle the complaint. This is not a reputable company; I am still awaiting a refund.

    Ordered fingernails, order was dates 9-17-23. Order was never delivered and tracking notice said items were returned to the sender. Have called weekly with no results. Continually being told ok will return money. As of today still not returned. Only one person answering phone and taking orders. Very rude customer service. Told me my money was in *****. I just want my money returned. Order # was ******. Tracking number was**********************. Very unprofessional. Items were to be delivered in ******,*****.

    I placed an order from this company on May 19, 2023. I still have not received the order (it's been 34 days now). I had to purchase the vitamins somewhere else as they are imperative to my healing from back surgery. I have written several emails and made several phone calls to this company to locate my order. I keep getting the runaround. They finally provided a tracking #, but it does not exist. I want a refund. And now that I have stated as such, they have stopped answering the phone and responding to my emails. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    I placed a large order for over $300 worth of product at the store. Upon receiving my order, items were damaged and over $130 worth of product was missing. I never received a refund or an email from this company regarding the missing items. I emailed them over one week ago and still have not received any information on the missing items or when I can expect a refund.
