Refund and Exchange Policy

Prianti Farms accepts returns on plant material for 14 days after purchase with original itemized receipt. Items must be in same condition and in the same container as when sold. Removal or planting of material will not allow us to accept plants back as contamination or harm may have been done in the process. Dry, diseased, altered or unkempt plant material will not be accepted for return, so please water and care for your plant material. Goods such as soils, seeds, fertilizers, décor, etc, will not be accepted for return if they have been opened or used. Please check over & count your items while loading. In most cases missing quantities or items cannot be verified or honored once customer has left our yard.

If you have a plant that appears to be showing signs of distress, please let us know at the first indication of an issue; we will gladly provide assistance or advice in improving the condition of your purchase and can very often save a plant if action is taken in time. We will provide a limited warranty on any shrubs or
trees purchased ONLY when planting services with warranty are also purchased at time of sale, as this ensures us that your plants are given proper treatment in planting process, as well as any nutrients or soil amendments deemed necessary for the plant’s growth. Otherwise, we are not responsible for plants left in your care after they leave our yard. This warranty is good for one year after date of original purchase on trees & shrubs. We retain the right to void warranty where there is evidence the plant has been intentionally harmed, neglected, improperly watered, or left in container. Warranty does not cover “acts of God”, frost,
drought, harsh winter weather, or sustained animal & pest damage. Due to their sensitivity, we do not warranty any annuals, perennials, tropicals, & houseplants.

Original receipt must be provided from time of sale in order to process any return or warranty. Plants will not be credited or replaced without a receipt. Warranty does not apply to any sale merchandise or discounted item. Warranty covers only the same size and variety of original plant purchase. Substitutions, refunds, or store credit for future purchases are given at our discretion only. Plants can be replaced once only if needed. There is no replacement or credit on items that were obtained through our warranty policy.
