    LAWN DOCTOR SENT OUT CREW TO FERTILIZE MY LAWN IN DOING SO THE TECHNICIAN LEFT A LARGE AMOUNT OF FERTILIZER IN ONE SPOT ON MY FRONT LAWN WHEN MY GARDENER WENT TO CUT MY GRASS HE CALLED ME OVER TO SHOW WHAT HE HAD DISCOVERED THERE WAS THE ***** OF FERTILIZER AND WHEN THEY REMOVED THIS IT HAS KILLED THE GRASS AT THAT SPIT AND BURNT IT THE **** WAS ABOUT 5FT BY 5FT AND HAD TO BE CLEANED TOPSOILED PEAT MOSSED AND SEEDED ALONG WITH SOME MORE FERTILIZER THE ***** COST WAS ****** I CALLED TO THE OFFICE LEFT A MESSAGE I EVEN WENT ON LINE AND LEFT A MESSAGE BOTH WITH NO REPLY AND NOW HE IS TRYING TO COLLECT 165.00FOR HIS SERVICE THRU A COLLECTIONS AGENT AND NEVER CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE ISSUE

    They were charging me every month and coming every 6 to 8 weeks. The guy on the phone was very confrontational at all times with me, had excuses and blamed all situation on something else all the time. I came home early once & caught the guy fertilizing only the front (I had to call the office for him to come back. He said his ticket said for him to do only the front, I dont know if that ticket said only the front the last time, my back yard didnt look the same as the front). I was confronted again. Im the customer. I didnt trust them due to lack of honesty. I stop payment and I didnt want them on my property anymore. I will call a different lawn care company next year.

    While we tried to explain to ******************** multiple times, she was on a monthly installment program, whereby we took the 9 services she signed up for, rolled them into a monthly installment payment plan without interest and were yes billing her monthly. This was all explained at the beginning of the season when she signed up. Mind you this is no different than prior seasons. This client is now in collection for refusing to make payments for services rendered. When she cancelled, we voided the installment plan and actualized her account by charging her for services rendered less payments received. She owes us for almost every bit of work we did. She's a disputive individual that wouldn't listen to reason, told us how we should run our business and **** her. She will end up in small claims court with our attorneys and owe us way more than what we offered to **** her when all this is over. This is a baseless claim and we've tried numerous times to resolve this with a client that's just unwilling to have any sort of meaningful conversation. As for the servicing of the front only, it was a new employee that erred. Soon as she informed us we confirmed it with the employee who agreed he only did the front and we returned to treat the rear 2 hours later. Her lawn received the same treatments front and rear, any difference is a result of other factors, like watering, sun exposure, etc., that we would have been more than happy to address and assist with client if she'd paid her ****. The credit card she had on file for automatic payment of her monthly installments was declined more than 6 times.

    First of all, I was explained more than once about the installment payments by that confrontational-rude man because my phone calls to the office. I called not because only the payment, I inquired about:1)When are you guys coming after 6 weeks of not showing up and taking money from my account. I was told my first treatment will be in the beginning of March. 2)After calling again, the confrontational-rude man told me that they were backed up and they can in April (after 2 payments).3)I called once again because I was scheduled for a power seeding and a nice gentleman told me to have the sprinklers turned on a week prior. I was told the 2nd treatment had to be done before the seeding which was scheduled for the end of May. I was also paying for that separately from the payments (I made this arrangement with a nice gentleman; he might have been the owner).4)They didnt come the week before the seeding and as the customer I called. The confrontational-rude man again disputed what I said and confronted me. Because he didnt schedule me for the treatment, he didnt care and went against the nice gentlemen and scheduled everything for the same day.5)I called again to pay the approx. $280.00 for seeding only (as arrangement with the nice gentleman), the confrontational-rude man confronted me again saying No I was wrong again, the payment is monthly. I tried to explain, he didnt believe so I hung up. He must had talked to the nice man, so the confrontational-rude man called back and said he wrong and took my payment.6)After the worker came (approx.) the beginning of July, he only did the front yard. When I called the confrontational-rude man told him to came back, his ticket only said to do the front.Yes, I canceled my credit card they had on file because I, as the customer, had to deal with that confrontational-rude, DISHONEST man at all times (hes not telling the whole story) and I shouldnt have had to. And I just got tired of it, I pay all my bills at all times. But this was ridiculous, nobody should have had to go through that. If I have to go to court for his behavior than I will, again he needs to be honest with his boss (with himself). I just want this Lawn Doctor to leave me and my property alone. Ill call a different, more professional/nice lawn care company next year. The nice gentleman at the company should had handled the phones. Why is there so many complaints on BBB about this particular Lawn Doctor?
