Perma ceram was contracted to do a tub and wall tiles at the house we had just purchased. The same night after he did the job my wife was brought stuff from our apartment to them house and noticed water coming thru the kitchen ceiling. She went to the basement to shut the water. She then called our contractor to come clean up the water and fix the ceiling and investigate the source of the leak. It was the pipe elbow right behind where perma ceram capped the pipe. They had cracked it The tub and tile also has an awful rough finish. I think had contacted *** from perma ceram about the flood and repairs after and he said he never got the message. I wound up emailing them and got ahold of him. I told him I was very unhappy between the flood and the horrible job on the tub and tile. *** then sent me an email with a letter from frietag plumbing in ******* stating that nothing *** did could have caused the flood. What *** was not aware of is that he emailed me the part where he SENT THE PLUMBER WHAT TO WRITE IN THE LETTER and said he was sure the plumber would tell *** he could even sign the plumbers name! after I exposed the fraudulent letter to *** and ******* plumbing *** said he would come right over to look at what happened. I showed him the patched ceiling and explained what happened. I told him conspiring with a plumbing company to write a fraudulent letter to clear him from responsibility was total **. He admitted he wrote the letter for the licensed certified plumber to re type on his letterhead. I told him I'm willing to pay half of what I owe and that he wouldn't even have to re work the tub and tile. He has been threatening collections and would not take my offer. I paid 625 for the cleanup and repairs. I'm splitting the difference. I have the email to send you and also I'd like to file against m. Fraetag plumbing in ******* for agreeing to write a fraudulent letter for perma ceram. The vice president of m **************** is the one behind this. Please help.
