    Keep you informed about the upcoming delivery status of their items. Taking a long time. Thats why the 4 rating but always let us know whats going on with our ordered items. New products require a lot of testing and research which takes time especially for technological products.

    Magfast has incredible charging products that they stand by for life. If problems ever occur, their customer service team gets things *********** away. They are open, transparent and as focused on their customer experience as they are on the quality of their product design. Magfast is highly reputable, staffed by hard-working people who are sincerely committed to changing charging for the better.

    I have had nothing but positvie results from MAGFAST. I ordered the Pro Kit and understand the wait time. I ordered the Lux cable and received it with great satisfaction. Every time I have contacted MAGFAST customer service have responded within a quick time frame and satisfactory answers. This company will be going far. Updated every week on what's going on. This is how a company should run.

    I didn't know that they were on line looking for investors so was going to order his product for my son but now my son isn't speaking to me and I have to leave because I can't take care of myself. But I tried getting in touch with them within a day or 2 but they are not answering me and they took a payment out right away and now they've taken out another payment and I haven't seen any product because I can't afford anything now because social services is looking for a place for me because I can't take care of myself and I just want my money back

    I have been following MAGFAST since 2019. I finally was able to purchase the chargers, and they do not disappoint! I was scared to purchase one for my daughter because I refer to her as insert name the Destroyer. Theres no telling how many charger cords we would go thru in a month for her since shes always on her Apple. Best decision ever to give her the MAGFAST cord! No more complaints of lagging or not charging.

    Magfast products are A-1!!!! If your pre-orders didn't arrive in a timely manner it was because they don't want to put out cheap chargers like the rest if the world. Cheap is good sometimes but quality is great all the time! Their products truly speak for themselves!**************

    I think Magfast *** have been open and honest from the beginning. Also, they keep you inform of any new step or stage of their processes. I have to be honest, I have got desperate at some point and wanted out because of the long wait since 2019. However I know the wait is worth it because of the great product they are introducing to the market. I know that is why I have invested in some shares twice and keep waiting to receive and unveil my promise products.

    Placed my order on 11/10/2020. Would love to leave 0 stars, but have to at least select 1. Very little to NO communication about the projection of my order. When trying to login to my account, now says that I don't even have an email registered with them? Have submitted a request but not anticipating a reply back anytime soon as the last transmission I received from them was 6/16/2021.

We also send out weekly update emails as well. If you haven't seen those they may have ended up in your spam folder.
