            Climate Control Systems of *******, ** is not a professional HVAC servicing company. Not only did he not leave me an invoice detailing the work that was completed, but the technician referred me to contact the main office for those details of my A/C's servicing such as coolant pressure, etc. Because he arrived at a different scheduled time during my work day, I was unable to walk with the technician to watch what he was servicing. Consequently, he left ***** minutes after arriving, said my system was "fine", and said goodbye. The main office told me they don't record that information and did not send me a service completion invoice showing the service date/time - "we just don't do that" was what the agent told me. I immediately cancelled my contract with them, but wanted to warn others about their unprofessional service.

            Pressures are not recorded as they mean nothing by themselves. Pressures are measured and superheat and subcooling are calculated to determine proper system performance. Subcooling and super heat were within specifications. Pressures will fluctuate based on indoor and outdoor temperatures. The technition did arrive early and told customer he can wait but customer told him it was ok to do the service at the time.

            Most all professional HVAC businesses provide an A/C pressure test in writing as a means to help track variations between A/C servicing. Although I asked the Climate Control Systems technician to give me the stats in writing, as well as some written documentation to show he was there, he stated he doesn't provide any of that written information (not even his name, date of service, home address visited??), and that I could call his office to obtain it. True, I let the technician perform the A/C checkup with a BAD assumption I'd be receiving the documentation previously addressed. Had I known the outcome, I wouldn't have selected Climate Control Systems to do this work. Other than a company receipt, I have nothing else to show that the work was completed to my satisfaction. This company just doesn't follow standard business practices.

            I can take pressure today and it will be totally different than tomorrow. It will fluctuate based on temperature inside and outside. Tracking pressures will do absolutely nothing. How will knowing what the pressure is at time of service give you any tracking. you do not charge by pressure. Sounds like whoever you used in the past didn't know this. If you wanted the pressures my technician would have told you but they mean absolutely nothing and that is why they bare not recorded. Superheat and subcooling which are the only important numbers are recorded.
