    In 2022 we had a bathroom ceiling fan installed as part of both a bedroom and bathroom construction. Recently the both the bathroom faucets we stuck as well as the bathroom ceiling fan making a lot of squeaky noise. A technician came and fixed the faucets but was unable to fix the ceiling fan. Said he would tell the office and that they will contact me with a solution. Its been a good month or so an I havent heard anything back from them. I have left several messages for the repair department as well as sending several repair forms. I still have not heard back from them. I am seeking a complete bathroom ceiling fan replacement.

    Alure completed a service call for *** ********* on March 27, 2025. After repairing the faucet, it was noted that a replacement fan was needed. Alure submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not stock these items, and replacements typically take 6 to 8 weeks. We received the new fan from ********* last week and will be calling the customer this week to schedule a second service appointment.

    New sliding glass door 6 foot installed, outside framing is coming apart from the house and water is getting behind it. it took 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to come and that took 2 weeks then they come and the tech says he does not have the stuff to fix it, he said he would make it a priority and call the following week to come back no one has called and I have left several messages with the service department and no one calls me back its been another 2 weeks.

    To address this, I will escalate your case to ensure that it gets the immediate attention it needs. Please be aware that we do not stock items in our warehouse, and we are reliant on our suppliers. Once we have received the material needed, we will schedule you for service.

    March of 2022 I hired Alure to redo the front of my house with new siding,shutters , Bay Window,storm door,leaders and gutters for the sum of $19,234.04. The job was completed on july 8,2022.In October of 2023 I that some 20 feet of vinyl Shakes were bulging out since they were improperly installed and also was having problem locking the bay window. Oct26 2023 called Alure and spoke to the siding ************************** who sent a repair person by name of *******, He was unable to fix siding. He took pictures and prepared a report he was going to sent to *****. Called after two weeks and ***** sent ******* another repair person. ******* came on Nov8 2023, Took photos and stated he would order necessary material to repair job and set a date of Dec 4-8 for work. ******* did not show up nor did he call, After several call to his cell phone he returned call stating he was sick with the flu. He would locate material and call back in a week or so to set up appointment. Never called back and I left several messages on his cell phone. I also called siding supervisor several times leaving messages which were not returned. I also spoke to ********** *********************** when he cal;led to sell me windows that I was having problem with the siding and he informed me that I had to deal with the siding guy. I am just looking to have my siding fixed.
