            I purchased a ***** ***** washer and dryer from cocca appliance in May of 2021. The 1st problem was I couldn't register my washer when I got it because ther serial number was already registered. I contacted Frank the owner at Coccas and was told he never had this before and said he would take care of it and 3 months later he finally got around to it and fixed it. My thought is someone already had this washer before me. I had to make a 2nd phone call to them a few days after purchase because the water hook ups were set up wrong. They came and fixed that problem . In August I made a 3rd phone call because our washer sounded like a jet plane spinning out so they came and said it was the belt came back 3 weeks later and replaced . Turns out it was not the belt so they came back and said it was the tub. Waited 2 months for the tub they came to install it and it wasnt round to fit in the washer so they had to reorder. Came back 3 months later installed new tub and the next day put a load of laundry in and the washer sounded worse. I got ******** which is the owner of ***** ***** involved at this point which they seem to be no help. They now have sent a friction pad and base of the washer to be replaced on Wednesday because they think this will resolve it. Now the washer is not spinning out and there is something wrong with the computer panel when the washer ends all the lights blink its not suppose to do that. I feel like this washer is a lemon. We spent $1000 on this washer and all I ask for is a new one and get rid of this one. Frank avoids you like the plaque when you call and I feel like he got his money lets not stand by the product. The bottom of the line is 1 year later and still dealing with this piece of garbage.

            PSA: Do NOT do business with Cocca's Appliances! My family has a oven that is less than a year old with known defects (6mo ago) and we are just dealing with it today. Today they came to replace the oven only to realize the old cord came from the bottom and the new model came from the top. The cord could not reach so could not be hooked up. Only thing my family was told was to call an Electrician. They TOOK the old oven and left the new one in the garage. To be left with no working oven at all. When I questioned about this during my call with Frank, why can’t you just bring the old one back he said it probably at the scrap yard by now. I was given Franks (owner) number from the beginning from sales for any issues. To talk to him tonight while he was out to dinner. During our discussion he tried telling me ALL conductors could not be used and is a fire hazard which is a lie. Yes I called him out on that. Next I asked how his team could remove an oven which my family needs to cook without replacing it with one that works? He could not provide an answer, then when questioned his business ethics he proceeded to tell me how he was a valued owner taking care of his customers because he was calling me while he’s out to eat. I respectfully interrupted and ask how should we eat tonight, with the response of I’m not sure sir. Then states how he will get back to me with a resolution on Monday. How is my family supposed to eat Frank the food pantry? His response I don’t have an answer for that. So how can you take my working oven and leave my with nothing, crickets. Thank you Frank when we resolve this issue you won’t have to worry about me anymore, his response well thank you for making it clear how much time I need to spend on this.
