      Placed an order for an item on 5/8/24. Contacted seller in regards to not receiving a confirmation email, they responded within 12 hours stating my confirmation probably went to spam (it had) and that my item would ship on Monday (four days) and I’d receive a tracking email. Never received a tracking email or the item, have emailed the company again 3 times with no response over the last three weeks. This business is fraudulent.

      On March 28th, 2024 I went to the website and bought 94 Dollars worth of product. I immediately received a confirmation via email. Since that time I have received no updates, my items have not been shipped, and I have reached out to the company twice with no response. I have asked for a refund and nothing has happened. Order number *****. The money was taken out of my credit card on that same day.

      Made a purchase in November 2023 and still have not received my order! I made contact in January after many emails with no response and was told a supply chain issue delayed my order. I have sent follow up emails, messaged on ********* and ******** with no response. I am filing a complaint with my credit card. My order was picture frames and vases worth $120.

      I'm thinking there is no supply chain order and they are stealing people's money after reading these reviews!

      I ordered a gift item (sugar bowl) from Buffalovely.com on February 22, 2024. The order number was #*****. They charged the $30.00 amount to my debit card immediately. A month has passed with no sign of them shipping what I ordered. After two weeks I started asking for status updates. I have sent at least 10 emails asking for status updates or tracking numbers, or just a refund. They don’t answer my requests. I received an email or two which was clearly an automated form response saying they will get back to me, but they have not responded. I just want my money back. The gift was for a birthday that has now passed. I don’t want the product anymore.

      Placed an order with Buffalovely on January 28th. 2024 for 10 items. Ordered placed through **** ***, order #***** with 4 installment payments, which have now all been satisfied. As of today, March 15th, I have only received 1 item. I have been continuously trying to contact Buffalovely but have received no response about my order, only an email stating they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Buffalovely regularly sends advertising emails, but no response to my requests for the items I have paid for, totalling $62.60.

      *January 2nd I ordered two $6 items from the store, I have ordered before with out an issue. I paid through ******,I received confirmation from BOTH Buffalovely and ******. I have NEVER received any updates nor the product, its been over 21 days and I simply want the product or my money back. I emailed this company January 23rd and January 24th, 2024.

      I placed an order on 12/9/2023 with Buffalovely after receiving an email for free shipping. I immediately received an Order Confirmation Email back saying that I would receive an email when the order was shipped. As of 12/20/2023 I had still not heard anything, including any notice of shipping. I sent them an e-mail, no response. I reached out to them on Social Media, which is when I noticed that dozens of other people were having the same issue. Still no response. Reached out to the again on 12/22/2023, again no response.
