Have tried to contact via the ONLY contact info provided, email, FOUR TIMES. No response. Tried to file a claim with ******* (which handles the tracking etc) and all they did was let me start a complaint they won’t at all resolve. The only reaction I got from this business was DAYS after the first email, marking my order as “shipped”… aka all they did was print a label. That was on 1/8/2025. I’ve sent 3 more since, NO answer. The order still hasn’t been shipped. It is now 1/24/2025. This is ridiculous, and the worst behavior of a business. I want a refund, immediately. I attached the receipt to this complaint. Everyone- NO ONE PURCHASE FROM HERE. Unless you just like throwing money out into the void.

I placed an order on 11/30 and my credit card was charged. On 12/3 I received an email that my order shipped. I have never received the order. I emailed multiple time to two different emails for the company plus reached out on ********* and ********. The comment on ** which only asked for someone to reach out to me was deleted. On September 10, 2024, I ordered two items from this company (a picture frame that said "That time we left the house," for $38.00 and a flower pot that said, "I'm literally dying," for $14.00.
My order number is #***** and the total came to $60, including $8 shipping.
I paid using ****** and the funds were immediately deducted from my checking account.
The owner created a **** shipping label for my items and this was shared with my email address on September 16, 2024.
However, the item was never taken to the post office, as the tracking states "We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package."
I emailed the owner on October 7, 2024, asking for an update or a refund. I did not receive a reply.

Items were ordered on July 17, 2024. I received the "thanks for your order email" and then received the two notebooks valued at $16 each approximately 2 weeks later. Since then, no changes. Every time I check the order status it says "we are preparing your order for shipping". I have started emailing them approximately August 2 asking for updates. I got an auto response "we are busy, we have kids, please give us 24 to 48 hours to respond". I have gotten NO responses to any of the emails I have sent. Emailed 7 days ago, nothing. Emailed two days ago, nothing. I want my money back and will be filing a credit card dispute if I have to. It's not hard to respond...if you want to run a business the right way. Placed an order for an item on 5/8/24. Contacted seller in regards to not receiving a confirmation email, they responded within 12 hours stating my confirmation probably went to spam (it had) and that my item would ship on Monday (four days) and I’d receive a tracking email. On March 28th, 2024 I went to the website and bought 94 Dollars worth of product. I immediately received a confirmation via email. Since that time I have received no updates, my items have not been shipped, and I have reached out to the company twice with no response. I have asked for a refund and nothing has happened. Order number *****. The money was taken out of my credit card on that same day.
