      Aither Health is impossible to get ahold of a live person. I work at a providers office and have spent over 5 hours on hold with no luck getting a live person. Our patients claims denied for medical records and they didn't advise where to submit this information to. All I need is a fax number for claims appeals. You would think the provider portal would have this information listed somewhere and they do not.

      My provider submitted claims to Aither Health for services provided on Feb 14, 20224 and for my wife on April 12, 2024. After multiple calls to Aither Health and the provider resubmitting the claims, both claims have been approved for payment. However, Aither Health customer service is still unable to tell me when they will send the check to the provider. The provider is going to send the Feb 14 claim to collections as it has not been paid, 10 + months after services were provided. They will do the same on the April 12 claim in the near future. I contacted Aither Health customer service again today (Dec 19) to get the latest status and they are still unable to estimate when the claim will be paid. In addition to the many phone calls to Aither Health customer service, I have also sent emails to Aither Health Customer Service (Nov 14 and Nov 21, 2024). There has been no response to these emails. I called their corporate office today at 11:31 AM Eastern Time. The auto-attendant informed me of their availability (Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM) and then disconnected my call. I called again a few minutes later and had the same outcome.
      I have no recourse except to pay the provider out of pocket now to avoid the bill going to collections.
      There have been other issues with Aither Health's services in the past, causing me to find an alternative insurance provider for my wife and I have now moved onto medicare. I am submitting this review with only one objective; to make this situation visible to insurance agents who might offer Aither Health to their clients. I have given up any hope of resolution on my claims by Aither Health.
