      This company is the absolute worse company to do business with as a consumer and employee. The managers have no respect for anyone and handles every situation in an unethical way. They set unrealistic goals such as call handle time when there so many unhappy customers. The entire company should be sued for scamming customers out of their money… more to come

      Capital Management Service LP is trying to collect a debt in a state where they are not licenced. The purpose of an license is to give public proof that you are not braking the law in the state inwhich you are trying to operating in. A New York company reaching down to Tennessee and their **** consumer access does not show they are legal to work in the state of Tennessee.
