      I had some questions and needed clarification in regards some of the subscription services that TemplateMonster offered. ******** was very responsive and knowledgable and very helpful. She also sent me links to other services that would give me discounts through TempleMonster. It was a very satisfying conversation and all of my questions were answered and then some.

      I used live chat to get information about using the 'metalogic' template, which our office purchased. I spoke with *****, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience!!!

      I'm currently in the process of replacing a service I've come to despise and needed some assistance. Not only did I get a live person within moments, which is a HUGE deal with me, I was also fortunate enough to get someone who clearly knew their products and wasted no time pointing me in the right direction. As if this wasn't enough, this person didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. What more could a guy ask for?

      First off, I want to say thank you to the entire staff, from top to bottom, at Template Monster. I've utilized the Monster ONE membership for over 4 years now. For as many template/theme companies that are out there, the quality of their products have far exceeded their competition.They respond right away, and have helped me through back-end issues with problems I have encountered. The vast majority of these issues have been from my continued learning with WordPress and familiarity with other plugins. When you have a company that is willing to not only supply high quality themes for you as a customer, but also goes out of their way to examine why your website is encountering issues, then explain what was going wrong and how it can be addressed in the future, I don't know how better of a service you can expect to find.At a price lower than $200 per year with themes and templates that include solutions for WordPress, HTML5, Shopify, WooCommerce, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Newsletters, Plugins, Elementor kits, Logos, Audio files (stock music/sound effects), Video files, Fonts, etc., the combined package rivals any online marketing company out there.Only solid companies can go 21+ years strong and still be seen as leaders in their business category. Chalk one up for Template Monster. Crocoblock is a powerful addon, and several themes come with Crocoblock plugins included, which alone is a $250 plugin. Highly recommended.Last note: The Better Business Bureau rates any company an F if a company does not pay their annual fee, so take their letter grades with a grain of salt. Don't overlook this company. They are a solid investment!

      I'm a beginner designer websites, however the chat support was excellent and very professional and friendly. I think I touched bases with them no less than ten times, just trying to learn the template world. Each time they gave me specific instructions on how to do this or that in a professional, to the point manner. I'm very satisfied with their templates design and support.
