      I got scammed from these guys. Purchased template and never received it. They kept telling me I need to do different things and give them access. I did, big mistake. Also they say they are in ** but then they said they were in another country which they did not specify.

      There was a major error on the template I purchased. **************** says only the ********************** developer can provide assistance. After two weeks they have only replied to me twice in the chat, both times saying they can't replicate the issue. I can replicate it on both my website and their demo site. I even sent them a video, but they say the video doesn't show the issue. Total lie! I paid for support until October and am not receiving it.

      I purchased their lifetime subscription for $529, but after 24 hours realized their WordPress themes had licensed plugins that required you to purchase an additional license to receive updates. I wanted to use this professional subscription for my clients, but I can't pass that cost on to them.I requested a refund within 24 hours of the purchase and was denied because I downloaded 3 templates for testing purposes. They are not installed on any websites or live anywhere.Terrible service, they could have easily refunded my money since I was so quick to test and request my money back after learning how bad their products are.
