    I placed an order for Armafs Emotions collection because it said in stock. Jomashop is usually on top of their orders (shipping and delivery being 7-10 days max). It did NOT mention in the estimate delivery disclosure that it would take 2-4 WEEKS to be shipped until the day after I placed the order . Also when I reached out to customer service they told me that they were behind on stock, so they basically didnt even physically have what I ordered, although it said in stock. This used to be my #1 discounter for fragrances but I think Ill go back to Fragrancenet.

    I have purchased from ******** three times so far. Processing and shipping the orders have been fast and efficient. The products provided have been exactly as advertised on their website. I've been very satisfied with my shopping experience with ******** and expect I'll shop with them again in the future.

    Have ordered fragrances several times from ********. The products are always authentic and arrive securely packaged. They are always clear about products that are in-stock versus on backorder and provide shipping updates.

    Very bad place to buy colognes, i did Order Number:   ******** on march 13th and still not receive it yet and they told me i should receive it on 2 weeks and not really receive it and is almost a month since i order so dissapointed with jomashop please find diferent place to buy your stuff and thank me later, all jomashop customer service is lies lies and more lies, so not Will order never again from jomashop

    In February 2025, I placed an order for a watchband that remains undelivered. Despite initial processing assurances, a lack of communication regarding shipping delays forced me to cancel after sixty days. The product's advertised availability proved false, and the company's customer service was inadequate. I will not patronize ******** in the future.

    I have been ordering from Jomashop.com for a few years now. Their prices are always very competitive with other discounter fragrance websites, and 9/10 times you will receive your order very quickly. They do let u know when something may take a few extra days to ship out, and that is understandable. I have never had an issue with any fragrances purchased thru their site or app. The fragrances are authentic. I have no doubt if there was ever an issue, that they would fix the issue immediately. I will continue to support ******** and look forward to my next purchase! I currently have 3 bottles on the way as I type this, two of them should be here tomorrow and the other Im expecting next week, as they stated additional 1-3 days for it to ship Right On Their Site! A+ all the way for Jomashop! Keep up the good work!!
