    Client since 2018. I have ordered from fine Parfums to Luxury watches and all of these arrived on time and in perfect condition. Communication was excellent from their end and always happy. Overall a great experience with Jomashop.

    I placed an order with Jomashop on 5/29/23. I received a package from Jomashop which was suppose to have my order on 6/5/23. Upon opening my Jomashop package, I noticed it was open with a note written on the package, Recieved open, contact sender if contents missing. I immediately contacted ******** the next day and spoke with **************** ****** S, was rude and dismissive in my complaint. I notified her that I received a package from Jomashop but it was without the item I purchased. I further explained that I received the package opened and with a cheap bottle of cologne I dont use and did not order. She told me she would speak with her supervisor and would contact me in 24hrs. She contacted me later that evening telling me theres nothing she can do and that I must file a complaint with the postal service and file a police report. Thats the only way I can speak with a supervisor. I did exactly that and contacted her providing her the police report # and I also explained to her that I realized the cologne that ******** sent me was actually sold on their website. I said, it seems that ******** sent me the wrong order originally. ****** stated, ******** does not sell the cologne I was sent! I further explained to her that she was incorrect and the cologne, Diptyque is sold on the website and this is the cologne that Jomashop sent me which I did not order. She then said she could only review the video footage of when my package was prepared by them and contact me after review. She then contacted me later that evening via email stating the video footage was reviewed and nothing can be done. I cant believe ****** S and ******** took my money without providing me my order purchased. *** contacted ******** over 20 times in the last 8days fighting to speak with a supervisor without any success.

    The Promo code would not work for the glasses I purchased. I purchased them because I worried theyd sell out and I could call for a refund when they opened in the morning. I screenshot the deal for proof. When I called, I got the runaround and was finally told via email that the manager would not honor the price adjustment. Keep in mind the glasses are still on the site for the discounted price that they refuse to honor. That is illegal.

    I purchased a $140 sunglasses as a gift and soon as the glasses were put on the lens pops out! We have tried to have the lens replaced, however the lens will not stay. Contacted these people and they said nothing they can do cause its less than 30 days and they do not have their own warranty for these designers expensive items they carry! What!? I also purchased an extended protection plan that will not replace my glasses because they said they glasses are to new and Jomashop will handle it and they bluntly told me they can send me $10 to take them to a shop but that is all they will do after taking my $204 after tax. Im beyond ****** and disappointed. Never again. Please be careful spending your money with this company.

    If you place an order for something they *actually have*, things seem to proceed smoothly (I purchased a watch from them, and based on that experience attempted to purchase 2 more). The problem is, you can't be sure they actually have it. Ordered 2 watches, paid, and waited to receive a confirmation email that never came - no order number, nothing. I tried to contact them several times without success. Once, a customer service agent responded wanting additional info which I provided, then nothing. Their order lookup doesn't usually work, their bot-chat couldn't find the order, and live chat "wasn't available". Bottom-line: If there is any sort of problem you may, or may not, get any assistance and have to sort it out yourself - frankly, I don't need that hassle. As an aside, I posted a review of my experience on Trustpilot, and in some rather poor grammar, I do believe they attempted to insult me (hilarious). Tells you everything you need to know.
