  I placed an order with Jomashop on 5/29/23. I received a package from Jomashop which was suppose to have my order on 6/5/23. Upon opening my Jomashop package, I noticed it was open with a note written on the package, Recieved open, contact sender if contents missing. I immediately contacted ******** the next day and spoke with **************** ****** S, was rude and dismissive in my complaint. I notified her that I received a package from Jomashop but it was without the item I purchased. I further explained that I received the package opened and with a cheap bottle of cologne I dont use and did not order. She told me she would speak with her supervisor and would contact me in 24hrs. She contacted me later that evening telling me theres nothing she can do and that I must file a complaint with the postal service and file a police report. Thats the only way I can speak with a supervisor. I did exactly that and contacted her providing her the police report # and I also explained to her that I realized the cologne that ******** sent me was actually sold on their website. I said, it seems that ******** sent me the wrong order originally. ****** stated, ******** does not sell the cologne I was sent! I further explained to her that she was incorrect and the cologne, Diptyque is sold on the website and this is the cologne that Jomashop sent me which I did not order. She then said she could only review the video footage of when my package was prepared by them and contact me after review. She then contacted me later that evening via email stating the video footage was reviewed and nothing can be done. I cant believe ****** S and ******** took my money without providing me my order purchased. *** contacted ******** over 20 times in the last 8days fighting to speak with a supervisor without any success.

  If you place an order for something they *actually have*, things seem to proceed smoothly (I purchased a watch from them, and based on that experience attempted to purchase 2 more). The problem is, you can't be sure they actually have it. Ordered 2 watches, paid, and waited to receive a confirmation email that never came - no order number, nothing. I tried to contact them several times without success. Once, a customer service agent responded wanting additional info which I provided, then nothing. Their order lookup doesn't usually work, their bot-chat couldn't find the order, and live chat "wasn't available". Bottom-line: If there is any sort of problem you may, or may not, get any assistance and have to sort it out yourself - frankly, I don't need that hassle. As an aside, I posted a review of my experience on Trustpilot, and in some rather poor grammar, I do believe they attempted to insult me (hilarious). Tells you everything you need to know.

  I dont think this company is legit. I ordered a product and it wasnt delivered to me, but ******** said it was sent back to them undelivered and keep my money. Now Im worried that I wont get the product I ordered, my money back, and that debit card information is being used by a random company. Please let me know if this company is legit and if so can you give me money back or send me the product I ordered. Order#J8178582

  The company is selling fake perfume from *************** with 50$ off. I got the noir extreme and decided to take it to nodstorm and ultra. Its fake, no batch code printed at the bottom, the smell disappeared in few second. Why the h*** the sold fake item? Can someone please investigate this company?

  Ive had great experiences buying high end fragrances here. Compared side by side with bottles purchased from department stores, they all checked out perfectly. Happy to have found a trustworthy site for some excellent perfume bargains.

  I want to share my unfortunate experience with ********, an online store that I highly recommend avoiding. My encounter with them was nothing short of disappointing, as they engaged in deceptive practices, failed to respond to my emails, and displayed a complete lack of assistance over the phone.Firstly, JOMASHOP deducted the payment from my account but failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. They provided me with a counterfeit tracking number, which was essentially a false assurance of shipment. To my dismay, the package never arrived, and my attempts to track it or get updates were in vain.Adding insult to injury, the emails to their customer support went unanswered. It's disheartening to invest your hard-earned money in a company only to be met with radio silence when you have legitimate concerns or issues to address. The lack of responsiveness exhibited by ******** is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.In my frustration, I decided to contact their customer service via phone, hoping for a resolution or at least some guidance. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive attitude and the outright refusal to assist me. It's deeply disconcerting when a company's representatives explicitly state that they will not help you. This level of disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.In conclusion, I strongly advise staying away from ********. Their deceptive practices, lack of communication, and unhelpful customer service make for a deeply unsatisfying shopping experience. There are numerous other reputable online retailers that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reliable services. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out alternative options instead.Please note that this review reflects my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters with ********. However, based on my own unfortunate situation, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking a trustworthy and customer-oriented shopping experience.

  I have brought at lot of fragrances from Jomashop and will continue to do so. Great prices and quick deliveries. Unfortunately I haven't have chance to speak to a customer service representative because all my purchases great.
