My car was towed by All About Automotive Inc. on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023. I didn't realize it was towed until Saturday, June 24th, and I promptly arrived to pick up my car from their lot. When I arrived, I notice that my hazards were on and the parking break was on, however, I did not turn them on. Regardless, I paid and got ready to drive off, when I realized that the entire undercarriage cover was dragging across the pavement. After stopping to inspect the car, I realized that the undercarriage cover, which I had just purchased a month prior, was completely ripped to shreds. I pointed this out to the attendant who apologized and asked me to email photos to his boss. Thankfully, I had just taken photos of the undercarriage cover right before my car was towed, so I had proof that the damage occurred while my car was in the care of All About Automotive, **** He asked me to wait in the lot for the driver. When the driver arrived, he adjusted the undercarriage so that I would be able to drive off. I told him that I will need to have it replaced, and he told me to return on Monday, June 26th, and that their mechanic will replace the undercarriage cover. On Monday, I called All About Automotive and was asked to email photos of the damage to the mechanic. The mechanic didn't read the photos correctly, and thought the damage was caused to the back of the undercarriage cover. He emailed me to tell me the car was towed from the front, accidentally proving my case that the damage was caused by the tow truck. When we cleared this up, the attendant on site asked me to come on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called only be told to come on Wednesday, on Wednesday I called and was told to come on Thursday. Finally, when I called on Thursday, the attendant told me that his boss asked him to lie and say the mechanic wasn't present. I was told that the company owner does not intend to repair my car and will only continue to make excuses, so I should make my own arrangements.
