  First off, talk about fantastic service! These guys know their stuff hands down. **** was the representative that helped me and got me squared away. Today was the first time I've done business with this store. Went in for an upgrade for the Galaxy s22+ and receivedit in the box as advertised. The entire process was literally seamless due to the excellent services of their purchasepage and shipping. They are very professional, friendly and made sure everything was set for me. Matter of fact every time I've contacted them for anything I've left a happy customer. I'm rarely this impressed with exceptional service so I look forward to being a future and recurring customer! Hope this helps anyone as I don't toss around such credit without serious being impressed.

  My wife and I recently upgraded our phones. **** could not have been any better. He asked a lot of questions as to what we want out of our phones and matched ** up with two ideal phones that meet all our needs.. He was professional and very competent at what he was doing. He also took the time to give ** a brief tutorial on how all the Apps work. Great experience and excellent prices for the phones.

  Had placed a few orders with them for a flip phone, it came all in an excellent condition even when it is refurbished as they advertised it to be. Would definitely be buying more from them for sure. Shipping and service is great ??

  Best phone merchant experience I've had. Many phone stores in my area are your typical scam artists and they can't be trusted, ******** took some investigating through reviews and such but after confirming their legitimacy, I went a placed the order. After placing my order they shipped it out 1 day after and with the shipping method I selected of 3 day. Shipping and everything according to the **** business days and phone came in the mail as expected and I'm glad to be enjoying my new device.

  I ordered an old Blackberry phone for my daddy (because he wanted an " old, cool" phone). We initially had an issue because I wanted it delivered to my daddy's address, but I was using my credit card so it automatically was going to be delivered to my address because I was using my card. I wasn't aware of that before placing my order. That was my fault. The issue though is why do they offer something for sale in ****** that can't be used in ******? I wasn't aware that phone's have to be 5G in order to have service on them, so it was completely useless. I sent the phone back immediately with no problem and I was aware of the minimum of 15% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping fee. The order total was $213 and he was only refunded $112. He only ordered the phone and a case and a signal chip for the phone. The case was never shipped out, so no restocking fee should of been charged for that. When I asked (several times) how much the restocking fee was I just kept getting told "15% minimum". I think it's false advertisement. If it can't be used in ******, why am I seeing it and able to purchase it? To look at it?

  Excellence is not only defined by the quality of products and prices but also service which electronicsforce has. They helped me with my warranty on a phone that I purchased from them and how to contact the manufacturer, etc... Good people!

  Have I yet to make it clear that electronicsforce is the only merchant to purchase your phones from? Then here we go.Electronicsforce have been such a service for me and my wife for years, phones come in as advertised, according to the shipping rate, fare and competitive prices and deals on device, a massive selection of phones to choose from and more... Even whenever we have questions we send an email or call and they always answer respectfully and a very nice to communicate with.

  I wish it was possible to give a higher than 5 star review, because the Electronicsforce.com warrants it! A huge thanks to **** and **** for taking the time to answer all my questions. We were interested in potentially switching from a different phone and they helped make that a reality. **** even went the extra mile and helped ** work through getting the correct info to corporate to get our rebate processed. The customer service at this store is second to none and we're looking forward to continuing with Electronicsforce.com from now on!
